Got these guys a couple of days ago but finally got to dive into my set. AWESOME! (for those who didn't get them in hand yet or are thinking about picking them up from someone in the future):
In hand the paint and sculpts are amazing. The box is an awesome, quality accessory. The evidence photo's are on photo paper which makes them realistic. The badge, and flashlight are cool too. Mill's bandaged hand is sculpted very well and looks like real bandages. The clothes are really good too. Somerset's coat is tailored really well with a nice lining, buttons and "straps". Mills' jacket is KILLER and makes this fig. No liner but if I'm not mistaken it's real leather and has functional pockets and great design with the seem work.
Only nits: the guns are sort of undersized and not up to 1/6 standard. They remind me of like 3 3/4" SW or G.I. Joe weapons. The holsters are also lacking and Mills' came broken.
The bigest problem to me are the bodies. Maybe it's just me because I'm not used to the bootleg level of quality, but these are no where near as good as a TT. I ported Mills to a narrow and he's perfect. The bandaged hand fits perfectly on a TT and he's shorter.
Only problem is that the knock-off neck adapter doesn't fit tightly on the TT(now I know what you mean Sam; about the hand too).
Can any of you guys with mod skills advise me how to remove the adapter from the sculpt without damaging it? It seems to be glued in there pretty good.
All and all an impressive set. THANKS DENNY AND THE IMINIME TEAM!

hey popcult kid, the easiest way to fit the iminime adapter to a truetype is just to line the inside of the socket with a glue of some sort, i always use hot glue, it just takes up some more space in the joint and tightens it up, then voila, your all set!

Glad it's working out for you, Pop!
Hot glue is a good idea. In the past I've used clear fingernail polish, but it takes lots of coats. I sometimes also put some cotton in there and just prop the head in the position I want to, though that's not ideal for those who want to pose the heads a bit.

Thanks boys. Yea I know about the hot glue trick to build up the socket like people were doing for the HT Alien loose feet and whatnot. I was worried because I never did it before and I don't know how easy it is to screw up.

As long as you just let it solidify before putting the neck post on so you don't glue the two together, and do it a little at a time (put a little on, let it dry, then try to fit the head; if it is still too loose, rinse and repeat) I doubt you'll have any major problems. Worst case scenario is you put too much on the neck peg and have to cut some off before the neck connector will fit.
But personally, I would not try to remove the head from the existing neck post. That is risky, because you could damage the paint.

also the great thing abotu hot glue is if you overdo it, all you have to do is touch it with the tip of the hot gun again and you can rework it! and if necessary ever, is very easy to peel off

Yup hot glue is the way to go its the most forgiving in respect to it can be heated up or peeled off to be removed
Those like me who are disgusted with paying 50 bucks for a regular old TrueType these days And want to use what they have can do what I did...
If you unplug the plugs on the nude body on the back and back midsection you can twist the screws And put the plugs back in, chest is now tight!!
Twist the tiny exposed screws on the back of the shoulders... Now tight. Now unplug the forarms from the biceps by yanking, and then yank the forarms from the elbow joint. Then tighten the screws on he joint itself there will be two, right overtop of those screws lay a thin layer of hot glue when you plug everything back it's nice and tight!!

Top half all tight! You can use the same method on his knees. Now it's just the hip joints that are loose. No easy way to correct that. It I had a bunch of those overly huge shoulder old true types not bein used so I just ported the bottom half over by unscrewing the lower backs of both. And swapping the top.
All in all took about 30 mins and saved myself like a hundred bucks from ordering new tts.
The body complaining honestly I don't advocate the money went into here production o the sets and it was a fair price better than most unlisenced stuff that comes on junky dragon or buck style bodies.
Why I don't get why there aren more complaints about is the size of mills head. I looks so damn nice and so much like brad but not only is it super small by 1/6 standards next to freeman his head looks like he's about 12 years old by proportion. Literally my only gripe about this great set.

Thanks for the tip Raymond, I'm going to try this.
I love the Pitt sculpt, but as you said it is too small in comparison to Freeman. Pitt looks great posed next to my smaller sculpts like Sparrow and iminime's Al Pacino, but I don't like how he looks next to Freeman which is disappointing. I'll probably pose Somerset next to my sideshow indy figures as they are closer in scale.
I'm considering swapping Somerset over to a shorter body, perhaps that will make him look better next to Mills.

i agree with ray about the mills sculpt,.......awesome,,,, just small.....and the gloved hands are rock hard....way different than regular hands.....dont expect them to do anything but look good....hard to hold a photo, etc.....i had a ttm-18 lying around...and swapped mine over....its fine...and the bandaged hand fits perfct onto the hand..and snug...no worries of break or anything.....i also changed his shoes to m.i.b with laces for a better authentic look....both mills and somerset have the same shoes..so i dont think i ruined an accurate pair for display......

Nice one on tightening the joints of the body. That made all the difference. I could not even stand Somerset when I removed him from the box.
I had to upgrade the handgun, flashlight and shoes. It was not good enough to keep on what was provided.
I'll post photos of the upgraded figure when I am done.

Got mine today too. Figures themselves are great. Weakness is the base body. Knees on both of mine are loose, Mills a little bit more than Sommerset. Sommerset's holster came broken, looking at it I'm not surprised at all, some of the angles are just weird!
Paint and sculpt on Sommerset are off the charts, Mills is great but likeness not as good as Sommerset.
EDIT: Fixed knees on Sommerset. Its pretty easy - shame Iminime didn't do this themselves. Wouldn't add alot of time but give a better first impression of the figure in hand.

Just got them and they are amazing, thanks so much to Denny and his team for doing the alterations to Mills jacket and adding Somersets vest as it makes all the difference.
As for mills head I don't think its to bad for size it is a tad small but I think Somersets is a bit big as well so im not bothered by it.

The size differential between the two is definitely a greater problem than mills being too small or somerset being too big though I agree it's maybe a little of both. That being said I do think that if one was worse than the other it's mills I don't have any other 1/6 heads that small except maybe al Pacino.
That being said its a clear contender for best ever brad Pitt likeness so great job iminime team.
The head differential is not enough to make me no love the set but it does bother me a lot. Hopefully sizing testing is one of tr improvements for iminime down the line.
I'm thrilled at the addition of the vest and mills jacket is just perfect. The only thing that I would say would really improve the set on a whole is if somerset had a more accurate wool or tweed like material to his suit to make him movie accurate and his stomachs was padded just a bit for his old man ponch. I padded mine and I looks better.
