All of these movies are not Shakespeare, even the beloved JP.

They are simple thrill movies....some deliver on the thrills better than others. They are all stupid really overall......entertaining more or less.....but all stupid....

1. JP
2. JW
3. JP 3
4. JP 2 (mainly because the book was good, and I read it first)

I can't sit through JW for second viewing. Once was more than enough for that ridiculous ****. Adding Goldblum to this sequel gives me a little hope, but I still won't pay to see it in the theater.

What bothered me the most was that this was the FIRST time we seea functioning park but instead of letting us see the park they told us that kids in that universe are not amazed by dinosaurs and then showed us backstage and the control rooms a lot....

How about just letting us see more of the rides and the park....
So stupid. I hate when the redhead chick goes "kids dont care about these creatures anymore"

Well, the audience clearly does...

that's like making superman a neck snapping crazy psycho

Did he... did he just kill that man? In front of superman no less.

Some say this was the most fun snyder had of the entire shoot, he had a smile from ear to ear that day. He had always dreamed about snapping someone

That gif is awesome. :lol

I'm glad superman killed Zod. Seeing zod get sucked into a black hole at the end like the rest of the kryptonians would've been lame as sh**.

On topic with the thread though, I'm stoked to see Goldblum is in the mix. Bring back Neil too and it's a winner.

Can't wait for the justice league to burn down an orphanage and the Hardcore DCEU to defend it and say it's realistic and deep. All mai friendz r heathenz

But if they did that, people would go TFA and bash it for being similar to JP; or how it'd be boring to see a PG Jurassic film.

I think it plays on the philosophy of it. I mean ****, compare it to our youth and technology. Adults are constantly astounded by advancements, and kids these days see as their rightful dues. Sure, it's a popcorn flick and it is weak that they attempt some existential question; but it's actually reasonable and plausible.

That's just me though.

Im not saying they had to show the entire tour like JP.

But they could have given us a good 20 minutes more of the actual park rides running. They could have had the kids going on a couple more rides.

We have never seen this park with working rides. Ever

The tour on JP doesnt really count.

I suppose, the only reason I disagree is because my largest issue with the film was the 2 kids. I deducted 4 points, the parents, each kid, and the ****** divorce subplot. I enjoyed everything else. I think JW would have been way better if we got rid of the kids.

I just don't see many rides actually existing lol.

It has been ages since I've seen any of the Jurassic films, but I always was under the assumption it was just like a zoo. The rides from JW just seemed like tech to be able to interact more closely with the creatures.

Well, thats a good point.
Delete the divorce stuff and add longer scenes in the river ride or the petting zoo or something else
I wish that would have happened

Glad someone gets it. They're movies about big-arse dinosaurs ripping up the screen. That's pretty much it, and that's what I want when I go to see a movie about dinosaurs, not an art-house exposition on the fragility of life and our place in the universe.

In hindsight, the kids would be needed for the part when the I-Rex attacks the gyro-orb. But Pratt's character was already trying to get to it. So eh, it's 50-50. Could have introduced it with Howard's character, maybe utilizing some of the rides with Pratt to get the I-Rex, or when she was speaking with investors. I think the kid angle was super ******.

This franchise is like Disney's take on Star Wars - "Let's just keep putting stuff in theatres because we know it'll make a s*** tone of money irregardless how good or bad it actually is."

I enjoyed JW for the most part :monkey3, but I don't see a sequel being good. :dunno
