Best summer movie so far, better than AoU. Not have high hope for Terminator though

I think it helps that this film is very self-aware, and it fully embraces the absurdity of the situation.

No, not specifically. Although half the time I do find myself more in the mood for T1 than T2 which could be called ''conceding'' that T1 is superior.

Both JW and IO are doing impressive numbers this weekend.

JW will win though, and be quickest to 300 and 400 million.

If TFA is short one penny below any record JW broke it will be viewed as a failure.

Lets see just how much the PT hurt the SW brand.

The Terminator and Terminator 2: Judgment Day literally have nothing in common with Jurassic Park, Jurassic Park: The Lost World, Jurassic Park III and Jurassic World.


Unless I'm mistaken, T2 didn't have a hipster, meta fan boy character that worked at Cyberdyne, wore a T1 shirt and broke the 4th wall saying how superior the original Terminator was with a bunch of toy endoskeletons on his desk. I could see Genisys having these illusions though . . .
