It should never had happend, the spinosaurus would not have won a fight with a Tyranosaurus rex, the awesome huge Jaw of the T rex was unmatched it has the most powerful bite force of any land animal, and had the most powerful bite of any creature that has ever walked the Earth, at 60,000 Newtons! This means one bite from a T.rex would do terrible damage to any large dinosaur, T rex is equipped with: huge sheets of muscle, a kinetic skull, binocular overlap, large olfactory lobe, thick, serrated teeth, and great hearing, among other things. Spinosaurus was equipped with: conical teeth, weak, long jaws, good sense of smell was longer and decent eyesight, they lived at defferent times but JP3 got it wrong.

Not to start a T-rex vs Spino debate, but I'm happy to see someone post some actual facts about T-rex for once. But you also left out T-rex's binocular vision and larger brain cavity for thought processing too. Definitely an awesome species to finish off the dino evolutionary tree!

T-Rex has long been deposed as the 'largest' ever land carnivore though am I right?

Maybe not the largest per say. But definitely the most "powerful" that we know of at this time.

Everybody wants to see that. I'm surprised I'm not the only one who hated T. rex getting killed. Guess there's a reason why he's the worlds most popular Dino.

I too, hated it because I knew about numerous studies between the two dinos and yelled foul since I already knew better. I guess Hollywood refused to take into account that many viewers were already dino enthusiasts that can read books and/or studies.

If the T-Rex isn't the main dinosaur in JP4 and badass again then the film will fall flat well before it's release.

Agreed! JP3 was a mess.

I never really liked the spinosaurus in the movie. Besides killing the T Rex I just didn't liked seeing it as much as the raptors or the T Rex. I kinda hope he never appears again.


There is a statue of the spinosaurus and one of the T Rex at Universal
but most people choose to take pics with the T Rex lol

Yes it was a marvel of evolution, the ultimate Predator, shame its gone would be amazing to have seen it alive.

I remember I had that rex hand puppet too, I used to put it in the freezer and pretend I had discovered it in the ice lmao!

The dino toys produced by papo are amazing and for a great price too. I wish the sideshow rex had this much detail.
