I actually think sideshow's way of allowing cancelling and a waitlist is actually quite clever.
it basically lets a buyer quickly buy whatever they like./
then it gets sold out, and people get desparately on the waitlist.
some cancel, and in the end, they'll have sold out items all the time with this mentaliity haha
but yes, I'm on the waitlist for an ironman...never canceled anything yet, but if I can find a good one in the commerce section, u never know ;D

I planned to collect the 12 inch figures from the original Star Wars trilogy. I was all set to go buy Luke when I made the decision not to collect them. It was in part due to financial issues, part due to loss of interest in SW because of the prequels....
I would've liked to collect the main figures from the OT, but in thinking about it, I'm glad I didn't. I also wouldn't have minded collecting their LOTR 12 inch either since I'm a fan of the series. The only current SSC line that I'm collecting is Buffy, with a few figures here and there.... That actually enables me to pick up a line next year, if SSC happens upon one I couldn't say no to. I was able to say no to SW and LOTR, but there are a couple lines I wouldn't be able to refuse and I would be sure to put aside money for them. Not collecting SW or LOTR will help me do that if it ever occurs because I haven't spent a fortune on those lines.
There's just so much coming out....new things come out constantly... A person has to be picky and only get what they "truly, deeply" want.
