Someone is bad mouthing John Williams?

The man is a genius.....not sure how anyone can argue that?

I'm glad they didn't use the Williams theme in the previous Snyder films, and hope they continue that trend into the future. Why taint such great music that way?

On a related note, I found out not long ago that Toto's singer in the mid-80s, and currently is John Williams' son. This should be the Justice League theme song.

Always loved Williams music. Jaws, Indy, Star Wars, Superman, E.T. are all great

Don't mean to brag, but the highlight of my life was being in the same room as Lucas and Williams as the latter conducted a suite of his hits at ShoWest '99 (now CinemaCon) in Vegas.

Followed by the world premiere of the Ep I second trailer.

Okay, I mean to brag! :D

Hehe. Remember, the trailers were awesome - especially the second - so we had no idea the disappointment we were in for!

(Yes, I was disappointed by TPM, even though I liked the prequels overall!)

Also, the internet was still in its infancy, so it look longer for the trailer to filter out than today's simultaneous worldwide release. Notably it was the first ShoWest that bloggers (i.e. Ain't It Cool News) had been invited to.

I was kidding of course. Those first two TPM trailers were indeed great! :hi5:

While I'm in bragging mode, this came days after my friend and I were lucky to be staying in the same LA hotel where the Director's Guild Awards were being held, so we got to see the red-carpet entries. Because we were caught unawares, my friend whipped out his passport to get autographs, to which James Cameron said: "I'm not sure this is legal!"

Back on topic: Has it been mentioned that in that recent interview about DCEU continuity (or lack thereof) it was revealed that DCEU isn't actually an official term? Apparently DC/WB has never used it, internally or otherwise.

At first people called it DC Cinematic Universe, which I'm guessing WB didn't like so they officially called it DC Extended Universe to differentiate it from Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Under the DC Films banner.

Not according to this: https://www.ign.com/articles/2017/09/29/why-you-should-stop-saying-dc-extended-universe.

Yes. Maybe one day it will come back to haunt him. *mwahahaha*

So did Geoffrey Rush, Bridget Fonda and Hector Elizondo. Spielberg was there but we couldn’t get close enough.
