Well, the latest spoilers have only built upon all the other spoilers that have already been confirmed by the trailers, I guess there's always a chance they could be fake, but they coincide with another leak of the supposed "Whedon changes".

So, I doubt they are fake, I also doubt we'll see evil Superman for a while if they don't do it now.

That being said I truly believe Snyder could have made a great Batman movie if given a good story with believable dialogue. Batman's whole world fits his style soooo much more than Superman's.
