The narrative was so rushed just to get to the next action scene it’s as if WB was saying forget about MOS and BvS look at them action scenes kiddies.

Any nuances you thought you discovered in MOS/BvS it is all gone now.

This was just like WW, soft drama but also incoherent soft drama.

Elfman's soundtrack was a bit bland but wasn't bad I do wish Han Zimmer and XL still did the music at least the soundtracks from the other films were good.

Wonder Woman was good

This honestly felt like watching cut scenes from an incoherent video game

Danny Elfmans 1989 Batman score was credited

I don’t recall anything that sounded similar to that film

You can hear a track ripped straight from the 89 movie when the Batmobile fires out of Batman's big ship, but the sound effects muffle it.

I heard the 89 score it was very brief it was during the final battle when batman was driving the batmobile. Very brief moment you hear it but it's so faded most won't notice. I notice just because I was listening for it the whole time. Again music not ground breaking and not Elfman's best but not bad either just very basic. I'll be sticking up for this film I still enjoyed it a lot even with it's problems.

Thx for the tip

I’ll wait to watch it at home sometime in the future

His "first scene" you posted? Yeah, it was vomit inducing.

Vomit inducing, I didn't even say that about Suicide Squad.

I can't believe the studio saw that and thought it was good enough to be viewed on a large theater screen. Not to mention, that scene is one of the new Whedon scenes, and it's kind of pointless. You bring back Cavil and spend all that money on crappy cgi to hide facial hair....for that scene? I would have kept the facial hair to be honest. Is there a rule that Sups can't grow facial hair sometimes, like a normal person?

He grew a beard in the cartoon.

The CGI was way more distracting than a moustache.

Do you guys that hate BvS like this more or less?

I ask this because WB seems to have made the tonal changes for you guys.

The people who didn't like BvS will def enjoy this. It's a dumb movie with dumb story beats and dumb action. Its an MCU movie.

I’m not the only one that noticed

But the dude definitely had his cheeks done...

Doesn’t seem necessary for a character like Batman

Just really odd

He looked less and less like Batman throughout the film

Serious case of gay face

I can say that btw no offense

I keep seeing people saying it's got the Marvel trope but to me even with the Marvel things added in by Whedon it still didn't feel like Marvel me. It felt enough of it's own thing just changed drastically in tone from MOS and BVS.

So what happened to the scenes with Supes in the black suit with the long hair? Did they completely reshoot his return?

Anyway I enjoyed the film. Loved Flash, WW was great (isn't she supposed to be able to fly though?) Aquaman didn't get used a lot, but his standalone film will be interesting. Loved Supes return and how he kicked all their arses very easily. Batman was probably the weakest out of all of them, but then he is the only one without powers, so it's to be expected.

Not really sure why the Avengers gets all the praise and people are bashing on this?

The Marvel Studios formula:

Stupid Jokes + Thin Plot x 2 hours ÷ Zero Stakes + More Stupid Jokes + 100% Waste of a wonderful cast = A Certified Fresh Feature Film

I'd say WB perfectly applied the above arithmetic to butcher whatever film Snyder had planned before the BvS crucifixion.

“It’s way too much. He’s lost the definition in his face and it’s actually feminized him a bit,” Dr. Back countered. “It’s a pretty-boy baby face that doesn’t belong on him. If he was just trying to look like he’s not getting older –– he failed. If he was trying to look like Justin Bieber –– it’s a bull’s-eye!”

“He looks different –– but he doesn’t look better,” board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Lyle Back, who has not treated the star, said of the ordeal. “In fact, he doesn’t look like himself at all!”

Night and day difference

Without the cowl it was Bruce Jenner as Bruce Wayne

Oh snap
