Just reading (and looking at pics of gurning Supes) about the digital moustache removal disaster, can't believe it looks that ****. :rotfl

There are visual effects worst than that in this movie if you can believe it.

Morning after my viewing and I feel like I ate mold and had *** with an obese girl and her tranvestite friend lastnight.

You know I have to say your post right there is really a great statement and covers alot of ground in just those first 2 very short sentences.

I won’t blame anyone for being “entertained” with it my wife and son certainly were.

I was trying to tell myself “hey not as bad as the reviews at least it’s entertaining” but WB really rushed getting these characters together that it was just a narrative mess and they discarded everything from MOS/BvS only the WW Steve Trevor element remained.

Even Ma Kent kept her mouth shut, no advise to her son this time. All she said was “muh mortgage”. :lol

There were a few nice lighthearted moments that worked but man they really emasculated Batman in this.

Not going to lie I enjoyed some of the action beats but lots of it towards the end was Incredible Hulk Abomination visual bad.

Cyborg was a horribly written character. Trying for the pathos were there was none.

Flash was really under utilized and under powered.

Interesting take....many elements tend to match early reviews, rushed, poorly edited, weak villain then character utilization and representation is all over the board. Some folks love them and the team unity others think they were weak and understated.

Why movie watching is so fun because everyone is watching the same thing however the interpretation of what was seen vary so differently

I seen it last night I loved it!!!!!. Only gripe I can say is this should have been longer, wb cut it short. Hopefully we are going to see a extended edition

Seeing it tonight, honestly I expect a great time at the movies, but I know the movie will be bad.

It might be some dumb fun, but I would hope WB takes the reviews seriously. You'd think they'd wise up after the Batmurderman vs. Neckbreakerflyingguy debacle. As soon as it came out they were doing months of reshoots, it was the death knell in any hope I had.

I can’t get those horrible looking cgi
blue tentacles out of my head that were popping out of the ground
during the end battle lol

This movie is the AOTC of superhero movies.

I think they should take reviews as what they are, meaningless bullcrap, like I've said before, no way in hell this is any worse than any other MCU movie.

But it's a good chance to let this DCEU die, hell, have a hiatus for a couple years, and then retry, with better talent.

I've thought from the very beginning they were too much in a hurry to build a universe without doing it gradually like the MCU did. Give the big names on the team their own movies and maybe a sequel or two within their respective universes. I think BvS would of benefited greatly if you were already introduced to Batman prior.

Sewer Squid was a complete mess, and I have no idea how they plan to right that ship.

Maybe WB is just content putting out flops that get panned. Fox did it for years.

I don’t have a problem when fans believe that TDK/MOS/BvS were intriguing enough that they could be used to highlight the weakness with the MCU movies but JL is worse than any MCU movie.

They just stitched scenes together in desperation to not be MOS/BvS.

Yes this is very much worse than any MCU movie. This is Schumacher level filmmaking with bigger better action.

Well that would’ve made sense than what we got because Superman’s resurrection
fight with Batman/WW
made zero sense in this.

Finally, something we agree on. It was ****ing ********.

It seems that all of the Bruce Wayne scenes that take place in a small windowless room were also the Whedon reshoots.

Oh god I hope not, in fact, Disney buying DC would be preferable to that.

It's hard to buy the idea that this is worse than AoU or TDW, I don't buy it, and I think I've seen enough and know enough beforehand to make that prediction confindently, but we'll see, I'll see it at 7.
