KFC's Double Down Sandwich

Fresh? what happens if I dont? (not tryin to get smart or whatever just curious)

Fresh = Hot and juicy filets + melted cheese.

Not fresh = Cold and dry filets + cold unmelted cheese in the shape of a square.


After having two of these "not fresh" I will never again order one of these without asking that the filets be fresh out of the fryer. They come out really really hot so be careful, but that's what melts the cheese. I doubt any employee would refuse to drop one in the fryer for you unless they were really busy, in which case they will tell you that they just put them in the fryer anyway.


You know the difference between day old bakery and doughnuts right out of the fryer and freshly glazed? Yeah, it's like that.

uhh...I mean what do I say, it was good definately not good for me (my stomach could tell you that whooo didnt get any sleep ) but yea it was pretty, good. I went with a girl from work I ordered mine fresh and told her to do it also, but she didnt, hers didnt LOOK nearly as good as mine

And I actually tend to have chronic indigestion. I think it agrees with me because it's all protein. Maybe a food combining kind of thing...

That sucks. But they have all the ingredients as long as they still have stuff on the menu with that chicken fillet. Do they still have the "Doublicious"?

I did get it fresh, thought thats why it was so nasty, grease was dripping off it and the cheese was everywhere
