That's what was bothering me! Not the head. The head honestly didn't look that bad. It's how small the boots make his lower body look. It throws of the proportions.

Looking at that reference pic, the head is definitely the problem. It is much fatter (wider / deeper) than it needs to be. Maybe 1.5x too large?

waist looks too low on the SS figure. plus the oversized head/face and long buck arms give it the hasbro look IMO

The action shots look good so some of the problem may be angle of the photo. Also Silas Carson is 6'3 so ideally this will be on the same body as ANH Han.

I think the head is just too think, not to tall or big. Mundi must have been cramming the books because his noggin is swelling!

It's too thick around the neck/jaw. It should taper in a bit more. I'd say he was cramming Twinkies.

I also think that the problem is not just the boots, the legs, or the head. It's all three. Plus, the tabbards are short. The proportions are off all over the place. If they use the taller body, his tabbards will look shorter, even though it compensates for the head. It may make the boots look too small as well.

I don't know. Maybe I should just shut up until he arrives in the fourth quarter.

Just my opinion, I think the head is a little big and the boots are a little small, thus widening the difference and that make him look out of proportion. The details on the figure are screen accurate. Generally am still happy with what SSC have done.

Not to mention the sculpt is fantastic.
