Well Kong does murder half the team before becoming friends with everyone at the end. So in that regard you might appreciate his parallels with Magneto.

Well I would be a hypocrite not to sign up now! I just hope they stuffed about 70% more crap into this movie than it needed. That is my last criteria for going all in.

The prequels provide some of the best evidence of the drawbacks to having too much power and surrounding yourself with yes men. Should be a cautionary tale for political leaders. They should have to watch a documentary about the film before taking office.

Overall it's was a fun 2 hrs. Good action scenes, plus Brie Larson fills out a tank-top very nicely.
