I guess if you're a '90's Cyclops fan, this is the statue for you. I think it looks pretty good and I like the base. I'm not a Cyclops fan though. Does anyone know if Kotobukiya plans to continue making more Danger Room Sessions statues with different characters? Like Nightcrawler?

It is a fantastic piece. I highly recommend it. The only knock is that it is 1/5 scale. If it was 1/4 scale, it would be a future grail.

Koto (and Bowen) are closer to 1/7 scale than it is to 1/6 ...... and far from 1/5

From what I gather, Koto is following after the Jim Lee X-Men. So pretty much everyone on the cover of that issue #1 foldout. Doubt they'll get to Nightcrawler.

Yup, you guys are right. I don't know where I got 1/5 from. Must have been a brain cramp.

BTW, that Jim Lee Cyke looks awesome and will be ordered.

The sculpt pretty much saves this piece. Maybe the best looking Spidey statue sculpt that I can think of. In the close up shot, you can see that the paint app could have been better though. Not completely painting the black in the web pattern, kinda looks weird. I think I don't want it as much now, but I still want it. The sculpt is stellar.

Oh man, it looks like someone just used a Sharpie to fill in the lines in this pic. I was digging this piece until I saw these photos. Looks like I'll save my money for something else.

That Daredevil looked sick! Not too big on DD and would probably only get the Sideshow PF, but the Koto looks good.

Spidey is an interesting sculpt but the black in the paint job is sloppy. Still might get it at some point, it's very dynamic. Koto is winning as far as sculpts recently.
