Orcs will be tough since most (or all) of them would have exposed joints, including the heavily armored Uruk-hai.

The proto-piece that was seen at SDCC and Toy Fair prior to release only raised everyone's expectations to stratospheric levels. The production piece could never reach that level, hence the dissappointments with many. BUT once in hand, Aragorn proved to be a very good figure and amazingly enough, each subsequent release has only raised the bar.
