i'm curious about Lee's start against the Yanks. I can see the conspiracy theorists already brewing a good one if Lee struggles.

Exactly...so if he does struggle and gives up 5 runs to the Yankees do we say "bad day" or start thinking conspiracy that he took the day off for his future team.
I don't think a guy would do that, but just saying there will be a lot of fodder for the radio.

It's hard to pick against the Yankees. They swept through the playoffs last year and then the first round this year so until I see them lose I'll pick them to win, Yanks in 6.
I'm not touching the Giants/Phils series since I have so much riding on it emotionally. I hope and pray that the Giants win but beating the Phillies is going to be tough.

I know the Giants don't have the power the Phils do, but I have an odd feeling that makes me lean towards the Giants this year.

If they win it all I really can consider being done watching sports... really, there wouldn't be anything left for me. 5 Superbowls and a WS. That's all anyone could ask for.
And I know that the Phils have been banged up all year but surprisingly the Giants only hit 4 less home runs during the year... Of course Philly still scored a lot more runs.

Yeah I laughed the entire time. Thought it was hilarious. I like watching the Gamecast on ESPN and they have a "projected winner" percentage on the top right of the screen. It went from 99% in favor of the Rangers to 13% throughout the course of the inning.
