Berkman is looking great. How has he looked in the OF this year?

I think he's looked average at best, especially compared to others who could have filled that spot. He wasn't brought in for his fielding though, so I don't expect much from him in the OF. Just don't drop any fly balls (aka Soriano).

It's a double bonus if he keeps it up. :lol
(that's what she said)

For a player at this stage of his career he's been fine and if he stays healthy he'll be fine. He looks to be in shape for the first time in a long time. Gives us another solid bat in the line up.

Its going to be one of those years. Rockies are 11-3 and I've been to both of their home losses. :lol

Guess I know who to take to the game if there's a Cards/Rocks series in the playoffs. :lol

I seriously know how you feel, though. At least you were in the home park.

Nice to see Craig get a hold of one. Hopefully he'll get some more playing time and be able to duplicate some of those minor league HR numbers. I wonder if anyone has done a study that shows how players perform on the road in front of their family.

Also good to see McClellan continuing to get more comfortable as a SP. An impressive 3-3 in quality starts this year.

Yeah, he's looking a lot better already and the season is still young. A three slugger line-up will be tough to beat.

Tulos still playing great and it looks like the Rockies are going to be the ones to beat in the NL West.

Sadly, both of them shouldn't even be closers. They're set up men.

Sox better start giving Santos a look.

Poor Franklin can't catch a break.
We've got Jonathan Broxton so I know how Cards fans feel. :lol
He gives up the homer to Holliday.

Thankfully, Kemp pulls the walk-off homer to end the Dodgers 5 game losing streak.

Next up, the Braves.

I love Patriot's Day. Get a day off from work, roll out of bed around 10 for an 11 AM start and then see that Daisuke Matsuzaka is starting. There goes the winning streak.:monkey2
