No hitter brewing. I love timmy, but I do not want that on this team's minds tomorrow morning.

Oh well, still a really nice performance... I can't EVER remember the team spotting Tim that many runs. I'm just hoping we can take one more and finish the road trip 4-2.

I'm really cherishing the opportunity to follow the Giants right now. This team has so many interesting personalities. I can't remember the last time one of my favorite teams actually had a bunch of players that I really liked... As people, not just ball players.

very cool. That is how I felt with the 07 Rockies. Still many players I like left, but 07 for me was a very special year.

Agreed. That's a special team you're likely to remember even 20 years from now.

For me, that team was the '81 Dodgers. Ahh, the memories. :yess:

F-Ya!!

Take that Jankees!

Yeah, I'm loving it.
Their win tonight puts them only 2 games behind the Rockies now.
A win tomorrow will put them right there, knocking on their door.

We had two absolutely ____ty games. Probably 2 of our worst games all year. Credit to the Giants for exposing and taking advantage of some flaws. They really put a hurting on us the first inning of both of those games, and true to Rockies form the offense began overswinging to try to make up the deficit with solo homeruns instead of piecing a comeback together.

Matt Cain typically dominates the Rockies so its looking like a good chance to sweep. Hopefully the Rockies don't give up an early lead again.

Been way too busy to catch the games lately, but I still feel compelled to stop in and gloat over the Brewer's 2 wins over the Phillies. Here's hoping for a sweep today! :rock

What a weird start to the season... Not as "weird" as the Red Sox's though... :cuckoo:

I didn't think you followed baseball?!?! Or is this a recent thing?!?!

Of course, I could have you confused with someone else, too. :dunno

I do! I've gotten my but kicked on the Freaks fantasy league every year we've done it! :yess:

National media sux. Thank goodness MLB network doesn't swing from the Sox and Yanks jock like the other networks.

In my opinion MLB Network has quickly become the best of 4 major sports in-house networks. I love getting those out of market games on nights the Sox have off.

:lol

Oh man, that's why I don't join MLB fantasy sports anymore. I used to know every player in the game, but with a kid now I can barely even follow my team much less a whole league. :slap :lol

Thank God! What a weird series, each team blasting one another. Glad we broke out of our struggles with Cain. We'll resume this rivalry later!
