So do you think Pujols will get picked up by the Cards?
I'm hoping it happens, but it could go either way with this FO. A 10yr deal seems might hefty, but if anyone can play for 10 more years and put up some gaudy numbers, it's him.

Havent been following Baseball much with hockey and bball playoffs going on, and once again the Mets are ass

The Giants played it last year exactly how you should play it...coast along playing mediocre baseball, turn it up a notch in August/September to get in, then apply a can of whoop a* on everyone in the playoffs!

yea, but it's gonna be hard again to get into the Playoffs with their offense. They barely made it in last year as it was............not to mention big Panda has been their best hitter this year, and he's out with a broken hand. Tejada has been horrible in replacement for Uribe.

Yeah, I think they will. Honestly, the big market teams all have sold players at that position and he can be the biggest dog with the Cards. I think he'll end up with something in the 8 year range.

The announcement was made, earlier in the week, that there isn't enough funds to cover the payroll through the end of May.
