I think its funny that HTs design is better than what we got in the movie.

Did it bother anyone else that the Berseker bio could not fit onto the Berserker head???

Funny how Fox green-lighted the HT Berserker sculpt even though it looks so different from the movie yet they wouldn't accept a color change for the Falconer.

As a license holder, Hot Toys job isn't to "improve" upon the characters they are licensing, but rather to recreate. If they don't want to make the characters look as they appeared in the film they shouldn't have picked up the license.

Unless he used the P1 style head as a starting point, this is a different Pred head...

Yup. I know I've pretty much beaten a dead horse to a pulp saying this but from an aesthetic point of view I do like the proportioned heads on Zerker and Falconer better but I'm a stickler for accuracy, and for me personally screen accuracy comes first and I would rather have what was seen on screen.

He DID use the "normal" Predator style head as a starting point. That's why the head looks more like a "normal" Predator head than what's seen in the film (briefly) and in the stills we've all seen. The final shape/dimensions aren't even close to accurate.

The pic is labeled "Berserker Predator". It's in a series of pics for the "Making of the Berserker Predator". The reference pics in the back are of the Berserker Predator. It IS the Berserker Predator.

:lol:lol:lol

Hasn't the thought crossed your mind that this might be a teaser? The picture title and gallery arguments can easily be put to rest if this is the case.

Devil is right.

Everything in these pics point to it being pics of the Berserker Pred sculpt in progress.

If these were of the Classic, he would have reference pics of the Classic on his screen.

I don't see why this is so hard to accept for some people.

Nope. :lol

Because it would make absolutely no sense. When HT throws up a teaser they immediately follow it up with (at the very least) some kind of acknowledgement of the teaser. Think about how long these photos have been out: Since at least July 12. It's almost the end of August. HT hasn't said anything regarding that pic in relation to the "Classic" Predator.

Also really think about this: You honestly think Joseph Tsang was starting the Berserker Predator sculpture and then WHILE he was doing that started the "Classic" Predator's head sculpt FIRST (Before Berserker's head sculpt) and then took a photo of it i.e. "Classic" Predator's WIP/unfinished head sculpt on the WIP/unfinished body of the Berserker Pred!?

Assuming he even sculpts the "Classic" Predator since he wasn't the one who sculpted the HT P1 (I believe it was Pan Mak).

Then in that case, you'd have to believe that while Joseph Tsang was starting the Berserker Predator sculpture he asked whoever had JUST started the "Classic" Predator's head sculpt to borrow it and then took a photo of it i.e. "Classic" Predator's WIP/unfinished head sculpt from some other artist on the WIP/unfinished body of the Berserker Pred that Tsang was sculpting. That makes sense!?

I don't see why this is so hard to accept for some people.

:lol:lol:lol It's crazy, right?

The simple fact of the matter is that the one head is sculpted in a "Winston" style. So for some to wonder about it is no surprise. I'm getting tired of the elitist "I am right" attitudes that this place has had lately.

I think I'm beginning to develop an unhealthy attraction to Predators. Last night I dreamt that I was falling from the sky and landed on a mysterious island. On the island I met others who fell from the sky.... we soon discover a 3 humanoid aliens with mandiables wearing bikini's tops and grass skirts..... then I woke up in cold sweat... well at least I think its sweat.

I completely agree with you on this Sabres. IMO it is obvious that HT used the old pred sculpt as a baseline to create the Berserker's head. I am still hoping for the Classic but to me this doesn't confirm anything.

:exactly: Your flare for pointing out the obvious is great!

HT already confirmed it. And they also announced it will have a brand new design for the body i.e. not the old ones and not the new ones being used for the Berserker/Falconer Predators.
