Well, ignoring the fact that Dutch's arsenal was modern technology (203 shells, gunpowder and his steel knife) applied to primitive weapons, the fact that Dutch would single handedly beat the entire Na'vi race with his bare hands makes any posts from Avatards irrelevant.

Jake and the Na'vi also enhanced their arsenals of bows and arrows with modern technology. Try again newb.

Don't need to. Like the guerrilla camp in the first flick, their sleeping chambers would be Team Testosterone's first hard target, and an easy one at that. Which would leave just a bunch of arrow chucking sissies who cry when you piss on a tree. So Avatards, steeeeeeeeriiiiiiiike TWO... FTF!

Come on now, keep up. The discussion at hand is Na'vi vs. Predators, which is very serious business you know. People can post as many photoshopped pics as they want, but that's all they are: photoshops. If you go by what's presented in the films there is simply nothing to suggest a Predator could take a Na'vi. Jake even had the upper hand in a bare hand fight against an AMP Suit for crying out loud. Predators can't even survive one on one fights vs. puny human beings. Now Dutch in an Avatar body, that would be a potent mix.

All in good fun. I'll tell you this at least, Hot Toys is definitely going to be hard pressed to make Na'vi figures look as cool as the new Pred featured in this thread.

I love everything about the sculpt and the design. I enjoy the "behind the scence" stuff. Love the design of the head. it looks a little more like the traditional predator. I really don't have a gripe with the new look on these preds. I like to see things redesigned and enjoy seeing designers taking liberties. Some are successfull.... like the ones on Predators, and some kinda fail...like those on AVP. At least that's my opinion.

I gotta say... for a $100+ figure, you get something special. Like someone who takes the time to paint each individual spot properly. This is arguably (but most probably) the most detailed HT Pred paintup they've ever done. Great designs to put the best 1/6 Pred figure-makers to the test. So far, they're acing it well enough.

Can't wait for the others!!
