Breaking News: Based on recent customer feedback, Hot Toys has delayed all work on OT Star Wars figures in order to prioritize release of TF&TWS figures and vehicles, including a deluxe 1/6 Paul & Darlene Fishing Boat with replacement engine and Louisiana Bayou dock backdrop! :chase

Not getting it unless it comes with a 1/6 scale set of bank rejection notices, and the detachable fridge magnet from the bank, with the "We Are Here to Serve U!" logo.:monkey3

I might be skipping anything pricey unless #6 restores my faith.:dunno

And from someone who owns both HT Falcons, and is awash in 1/6 Buckys including the one on order from China, that's sad. But can't have anything on the shelf that I look at and feel irritated.:pfft:

I hope HT gives Isaiah a white guilt pointing finger lol

He will be pointing at white collectors 24/7 should be fun :rotfl

Good thing Bucky didn't mention that besides being pardoned for his past crimes by the same government that imprisoned him, the African nation of Wakanda not only purged his brain of the Hydra mind control programming but also gave him the cool White Wolf nickname. If that made it into the script HT would need to give Isaiah TWO finger pointing hands!

Maybe Sam will set Isaiah up with a deckhand job on Sarah's boat. He can offer him a year end bonus if he prevents Bucky from hooking up with her. :lol

:monkey3:lol Good thing too Bucky didn't point out his nifty new arm could buy half of Baltimore. So many things disappoint me, like Stan had hinted the arm had some unknown capabilities. Which it does in the comics BESIDES being detachable. I was expecting at least a flamethrower. They could have at least had him open up an arm compartment that holds a mini flask.

Which IMO u'd need to get through some of the script. Not the part where everyone sez nothing fixing the d@"n boat tho.:drink

This was easily the worst episode. A bunch of race guilt tripping was laid on so thick I couldn't enjoy the episode. It just lead back around to what was covered in previous episodes like with Isiah and the boat issues. To me it is the "cost-effective" episode where you reuse previous sets/locations and do a bunch of talking. Overall arc wise, the writing was just going in circles and only a few moments actually was leading to something. And Zemo....wtf!

The Zemo was the gut punch for me. Total waste. I would like to hope that he has some type of scheme going, but I don't see it right now. With the raft potentially loading up, Marvel is totally going New Avengers plot with the raft breakout happening. Was wondering if they would do a Madame Hydra since Fox did it with Viper in The Wolverine. I hope that leads to The Thunderbolts or a Serpent Society. This final episode better be good, as the series has been a big meh for the most part.

I wouldn?t say it?s race tripping when the issues brought up happen to be totally historically accurate.

There?s literally mountains of evidence in favor of it.

We as a country have still not accepted it as a whole. Egos are too fragile to admit the horrors and inequities that plague our society.

It?s won?t take long however. Those inequities are now becoming cross racial, although there is no doubt certain races will always fell superior to others

I thought this episode had the most heart of any so far. It really shows why Sam does not feel comfortable with the shield.....and to paraphrase, why any sane black man should feel uncomfortable with it.

It's like how mainland Chinese people don't know or will deny what happened to Tiananmen Square.

Issues exist.

Also some issues are self inflicted.

Let’s see who is “fragile” to dispute one of the above cause both are true.

Are you the same person who was complaining about how white people were treated in the new Star Wars movies?

For me, it's not whether there are references in this show to real historical events or socio-economic issues.

It's whether it's something I wanted to get hammered with, in a fantasy show I watch for entertainment.

No different than the expectations folks had for, say, Ragnarok. A film I went into not expecting what I got; fortunately thought it was hilarious after getting over the shock. A lot of Thor fans felt differently tho.

Also, this show IMO crossed into tasteless a few times, including putting a tortured POW into the position of being an apologist - c'mon already:stake. Also I'm always uneasy when any storyline seems to be imitative of an original story. Like, Isaiah saves POWs that were to be exterminated, same as Cap. But. Why did the base narrative have to be the same thing as Steve Rogers? Why couldn't it have been, say, a poor community was gonna be flooded from a storm and no-one on a base was gonna help or even bother to let the people know, so Isaiah went anyway? (That thought is actually based the FL Okeechobee hurricane of 1928 that flooded the lake out).

And so, OK, Sam Wilson essentially tells a kid not to use labels, then Isaiah gets Sam all upset, and now Sam's thinking about labels, and now Steve and Bucky are insensitive jerks because they (all the way back to the Howling Commandos) didn't think about it either? WTF. I guess Sam wouldn't bother helping Cap out now. When IMO one of the cool things about TWS was Falcon's intro into the MCU. It's as bad as when Captain Marvel film decided to co-opt the Avengers name:pfft: etc.

Expectations. Srsly, if I'm watching Lord of the Rings, I don't need Legolas at the Council of Elrond launching into a speech about how great orcs are, and we should be nicer to them, and by the way, he's actually not sure that he's a prince, he thinks he wants to be a princess, so call him Lady Legolas from now on, and Rivendell sux, so he's off to join the Haradrim who have been discriminated against for ages by the snooty Northerners. :galadriel

From reading posts around the 'net, there are plenty of people who like this current events approach. For me the overload just drains the fun out of it. Was hoping for the supposed buddy cop movie; Bucky stalking a target with a really big rifle; Falcon harassing him for a new car, stuff like that. An overall tone like TWS. Not beautiful close-ups of boat repair.

For me it sux, 'coz these are two of my favorite MCU characters and I was hoping this would be something I'd re-watch like IM1 or Avengers - instead it's like watching a current news reel with some occasional cringe. Lots of good stuff, but not sure how re-watchable this is overall.:blissysmi

Not very.

What is there to re-watch? The great action -- No. A great story -- not really? Acting -- no. Some amazing cliffhangers... or important MCU history... not too much.

But if you like Louisiana fishing boats -- YES!!!

In truth, I like the idea of bad Captain America and his fall... it was just delivered so heavy-handed that it became more message than story. The message should never be so obvious upon first viewing. It should be subtle. It should be hidden in plain sight but beneath action and the story at hand. Then, on 2nd viewing you realize the ulterior meaning, the true meaning. That's when stories feel like they have depth -- when you have to pull back the layers. Not when its spoon-fed to you.

Have watched each episode twice hahaha
