So, have most people recovered from their ME3 ending butt-hurt yet?

I have to be honest and say the extended ending was much better. I am glad they did it. As I said before, I was prepared for Shepard to die to save the universe...so his/her death did not bother me. It was not knowing what happened to all of your crew, who I cared a great deal about, that bothered me. That all got taken care of very nicely in the extended ending.

Oh, I agree. I liked the Extended Ending more as well simply because it clarified what was there.

The ME trilogy is one that I can play over and over. Love it today as much as I did the first time I played.

There are not many games I can say that about.

The story, the characters, the dialogue, the humor, the action, the score, and the graphics are so realistic that it makes the Mass Effect 2 an Epic Game. I can't speak to 1 since I haven't played. I've only gone halfway through 3.
If only the map was bigger for more exploring, especially on the Citadel.

For those of you who don't play multilayer but want to up your Galaxy at War rating, there's something of a "fix" for the ME Datapad. What you have to do when you open the app and tap the GaW icon, constantly/repeatedly tap the loading screen until the GaW map shows up. Then you should be able to launch your fleets like normal. You will have to do this everytime you go back to the app. A bit of an annoyance but I think it's worth it if you don't play multiplayer like myself. It's been working for me so far. I've been able to up my readiness and it shows up on the game as well so it does work. Really happy this is working so I can be at full 100% readiness when the new single player DLC comes out next week

If this is already known then I apologize but I just discovered this "fix" when browsing the comments for this app in the Apple App store

Bleh I don't really need more of the ending. ME4 would fix that.

Gipetto, I didn't think you had thought that it was going to be an addition to the ending. It couldn't have possibly been, because the endings are so different depending on the player's choices. I'm sorry you're disappointed, though.

I'm currently plodding through ME3 again, and it's tough. I've reached Tuchanka and have already lost my desire to continue. Maybe I should just play Leviathan and Omega and leave it at that until Citadel.

I don't think I could replay the whole thing right now. I'm just going to play Leviathan, Omega and The Citadel then head to cronos station and play to the end. I already have my readiness back at 100% now that I got the Datapad app to work

I think I went on a rant as well that since they are asking fans about ME4 they may as well have used this to retcon the icecream flavors as post game content...

Looks interesting. I'll definitely be downloading it....but not tomorrow. Tomorrow I start Tomb Raider.

I hope this is a decent sized DLC. Anyone know how long it's supposed to be?

I love the snapshot of the crew at the end. I miss my ME crew....and Mordin.

Bioware said it's 4gb in size, but nothing about length. It's sounds pretty big, at least.

For comparison, Omega was 2gb, which was the largest until now for the series.

Yep and for Xbox users it's a 2 part download. The second part is free but you can't play part 2 without part 1. For PS3 and PC users though its just a single download

That trailer just got me super hyped for the DLC. I'm not buying tomb raided just yet so this will good fun.

And, in anticipation for this, last weekend I bought a $20 psn card to buy Citadel DLC and I finished Leviathan (which was bad ***) and I was almost finished with Omega. I was right at the part where one of the characters said...Ok, this is it, or something like, when all of a sudden, the audio went out, then my Ps3 Locked up.
Now, its having problem reading disc. Noooooooooooooooooo!!!!
If I leave it off for awhile, it will play bluray movie, but only for a minute or two, then it will lock up again. I'm hoping the lens is just dusty.

I brought my ps3 to work today, and in between stuff, when it was slow, I disassembled it and cleaned the blueray lens.

I hope it'll work when I get home, otherwise, I'm gonna have to replace the bluray drive.
