good greif, the price of that thing would of bought you a lifetime of MOTU Subscriptions

True but as they say "the plumper the berry, the sweeter the juice"

Yeah, it is pricey, but sometimes it can be about rarity in the collecting game. And I am certain with the way Motuc is going, this piece will not loose its value anytime soon. Sometimes I will buy a good piece to have around and admire, if the need comes along I can always sell. I do not keep all my money in the bank, so why not look at a big cool door displayed, rather then have a bunch of cash tucked away in a spot where I will never see it?

Edit: It looks like I got 15 bucks in ebay bucks! Its all good.:rotfl

Awesome picture Mando!!
A fitting tribute from 80's icons!! :rock!!

Congrats Patient Zero, expensive,
but I'm sure it's awesome!!...
POst some pics of the MOTUC figures when you get it please!!!

His paint apps look pretty bad in general, check out the fur on his armor it's really hit or miss. I was hoping they'd of gotten that together by now.

Still, a cool figure..No mustache would be how I would display it,like the original figure.I was pissed when I first saw the cartoon as a kid, and notice he had a mustache..He looked like a weak old man (like L.Cummins)..not a bad ass Manowar like he was suppose to be.

I'm with you there. I got a Man-At-Arms for Christmas in 1984 and almost immediately asked my father to draw a mustache on his face to match the cartoon.
Luckily in the He-Man/She-Ra movie they show him without the mustache in the flashback to when Hordac stole infant Adora. I think when the Sorceress gave him his "adopted" daughter Teela in that flashback he didn't have a mustache.
Looking back it kind of made sense for him to look older since Man-At-Arms was like the Obi-Wan for He-Man/Adam

:lecture yeah man, thats what i would have done with it.

what are you going to do with that expensive door? do you own the statues? way out of scale for the figures.

It should look just fine displayed with this guy: :naughty

I also already have one that is more in scale to the motuc:

I've noticed pre-sales of He-Ro on Ebay are getting a little more reasonable. People were paying $200 for presale a few months back. Now there are a few around $40 + shipping. Not sure if I want to preorder him or wait to see how much they go for on ebay once released. I am almost sure I won't have any luck ordering him after the SDCC from Matty.
