i can only think its the door from the CG from the 2002 line, or custom built one.

If I remember correctly, I think he custom made the Grayskull door himself.

Yeah, I made that one out of sculpy. I did it in one night and my right hand was in a cast! That's my disclaimer as I could have did a better job on the crest, but I rushed it and got lazy. But, overall, for the amount of time I put into it, it turned out decent enough.

I think the paint work is tops, you nailed the greenish grey look!

I just used sculpy II I think it was. And painted it. I am a way better painter then I am a sculpter. If you have a Michaels store near you, print of one of the 50% one item coupons, then go buy a 10 pound block. You end up only paying 25 bucks, and it is a crapload of sculpy!

The door and basr are in two parts, I inserted rods into the door and bolted it to the base. Then I added pads to bottom to cover the holes and to keep it from rubbing surfaces. I am such a nerd, I even numbered the base, its 1/1.
The KG base is in scupley also, I have posted this pic before, but one more time will not hurt.
