wave 11 seems to be green lantern heavy with a Kilowag build a figure?

YAY, an d ARGH

did the joker ever get released?

he does look a little wonkey, but as the build a fig, I'm betting he's got some retools.
Eithor, or, i'll take this one over the dc direct for greater posaility.

Got wave 11 (set of 8) preordered through BBTS for 125 before shipping:horror. That is about my threshold on these and I will start cherry picking after that.

Did anyone get the Wonder Twins at SDCC?

Yup...$40 bucks for the set with a free Gleek while supplies last...

Something is really off about this Kilowog....

I think it looks better in person and keep in mind that this is intended to be used as a buck body. They are reusing it for the Brimstone CnC fig in the Public Enemies Target exclusive set.

I think Kilowog looks great. The size and proportions look nice and the face looks eerily realistic.

I just got some at the show to help some people on Fwoosh. But after seeing them in person I kind of wanted one of my own. So this is great news since I'll be able to order the set on Matty tomorrow and have the full set still!

Are you saying you were able to BUY some sets with Gleek, or you somehow "just got some" Gleeks by themselves?

Yes. Not without great fanfare, planning, scheming, and tribulation!

This thing has been a H U G E fiasco. Scott is starting to sound like Thomas(CSC), which is not good. I understand he might be frustrated, but so are the fans. I dont know if exclusives should be sold online after the show, but it certainly is not why I go. BUT, out of the 4 years I've gone, there did seem to be a LOT more dealers and scalpers in line for action figures. Im pretty happy with being one of the first to get the exclusives and dont really care if someone has to sit the con out and buy online. That's their business. I do think that Mattel should either give them all away at the show legitimately, or pack them out to loyal customers of their online store. This would at least protect their customers as much as possible from the ravages of the secondary market. I agree that once they are gone, they are gone, but to just hand them over to Fwoosh is a load of crock for anyone who was on the fence about ordering them tomorrow. I will also add that Scott seemed pretty scarce this year....wondering if he was being wined and dined by the Fwoosh folks??? :) Seriously and unfortunately, Mattel has fallen back into the "one of the worst" exhibitors in the action figure range for exclusives. Gentle Giant use to be the all time leader, but Mattel gave them a run for their money during the Solomon Grundy raffle. I can say that this year, the second sale booth was not very orderly and the team running it really didnt seem to give a damn and almost purposfully mismanaged the whole scene. Jebus, they needed 5 "Elite security" guys to break up the overflow line and the "fast pass" was nothing more than a ruse to get people to go away! I personally saw one of the salespersons tell the line guy not to send anyone else upstairs for fast passes, as they wouldnt be able to honor them. He told her, "what else can I tell them?" and went on telling those poor souls to go upstairs to get nothing. That's pretty low down. Lee and I came back on Thurs at the designated time -to the almost sarcastic with a hint of tuff titty attitude- to be told all Gleeks and He-Ros were out for the day. We were then told that we couldnt use our passes for the next day. So what the hell did I have a pass for? I was told that we'd have to start all over again the next day. So, Friday morning, I went to the line while Lee went to the prescribed Table 8 where the fast pass Mattel lady was handing out tickets. Well, Lee got a ticket for Sat - this was at 9:45am mind you - while I was in line with fast pass folks who had managed to get in line before Lee. Now here's the kicker: Once we got to the front of the line, the nice gentleman was allowing one fast pass person to purchase, then one dealer (or persons without fast passes) to purchase. So, the fast pass thing was nothing at all. They werent even checking them and this was on Friday! In the end, it didnt matter if you had a pass or not, you just had to make a choice to run around where they sent you, or try to get in the "non fast-pass" line that was being roughshot by Elite. So, so very confusing.
Now, there are some reports of folks getting more Gleeks than WTs, but I didnt see any of that and the saleperson who checked Lee and I out was maticulous in counting the Gleeks. I wil say this; it didnt seem like those folks running the booth were really looking forward to that pandamonium going on all day, so it would not surprise me if they did shell out handfulls of them just so they could run out. You can imagine how quiet that booth was on Sat afternoon and all day Sunday without Gleek, He-Ro, Skeletor, Beastman, and He-man. As the brand manager, Scott should do a better job.
Lastly, Lee and I had an extra fast pass that we handed to a guy we met at the Black Panel. If you're out there, hope you got a Gleek - he's turning out to be the figure of the year! :)

No, I got two sets of the Wonder Twins and Gleek. I was really lucky though. I was walking by and they opened up the line to everyone. After 10 minutes of waiting in line, I had my two Gleeks and Maulfan's Buzz lightyear (they sold out of He-Ro 5 minutes in line). Like I said, I offered to help some Fwooshers out.

Now the challenge is to just get the Twins again tomorrow! :lol

Yeah, that may or may not be a challenge. It's too bad as we met a guy who came all the way from Vancouver and didnt even get a He-Ro. He had a one day ticket too. This line has more drama than Marvel Legends!
What day did you get your sets?

Thursday. I got both the Hasbro and Mattel exclusives taken care of in one day since there weren't many panels I wanted to go to.

Hasbro was a good 2 hour line though so I don't feel too bad catching a break with Mattel.

No, it's always good to get a break like that. I think we went to Hasbro on Thursday, and it certainly wasnt 2 hrs. Their line was great.

The Wonder Twins w/o Gleek are still available on Matty. I'm surprised they haven't sold out yet to be honest. I bought one to go with the Gleek I "won."

so the sets on matty today don't have Gleek?

I hoguht they would have had extras as anyone on either Thursday or Friday at SDCC didn't get gleek because it wasn't on the truck, or at least thats what I was told.

Aren't a lot of people boycotting that product because they deem it useless without Gleek and are pissed at Matty?

That is what everyone said, but we all know what people say and do are different things. But this time it might actually be true. They probably sold at least 100 of them though since that is how many Fwoosh was able to give away.

No sets on Matty will have Gleek. Was was the SDCC exclusive part of the set. They had only the amount of Gleeks they made at SDCC. I think he sold out by Saturday though.
