As far as I can tell, except for the collar, Romat and Sinestro's costumes are identical. If the boil and pop works, I'll gladly take a taller, slightly innacurate Sinestro over the midget one.

Depends how "knitpicky" you want to be about them. Romat's figure isn't accurate either. Romat's suit is usually shown piped

Also the neck is very high, which was done but also piped, his boots though should be with a seam done completely horizonal instead of "v" like Sinestro's. The Romat Ru figure is almost more Sinestro than Romat but its nice to see him done. The thing is Romat is taller than Sinestro but shorter than DCD Sin which is what bothers me a bit. They are almost at the same height but if you look at proportions:

You can definitely tell. Those who are going to body swap though definitely post pics, I'm interested to see how they look.

Yeah, people can be nitpicky all they want but I think if I can swap 'em I'll be satisfied. If you REALLY want to hear the nitpickers complain, we could talk about wave 11's Cyborg Superman having the wrong color cape, not enough rings and the rings having the wrong emblems... but I don't care because they look cool anyway.

Cyborg Superman's cape was 2 different colors. I saw both read and black when I went back and read the Sinestro Corp War. But he is definately missing at least 4 rings, if not more. Both Mattel and DCD only seem to think his cyborg hand needs the rings.

Anyway, I was able to get in with an order with another local collector. We both ordered 1 set, but now our shipping is half the price. Nice for ordering multiple stuff, but that flat shipping sucks if you just want an already overpriced Movie Masters figure for example.

I for one think that the figures all still look great and honestly who's gonna see the rings on Cyborg Supes anyways. I still like the DCD Sinestro is better than the DCUC. Yes it's in scale. Sinestro's an alien and does have different proportions than a human. The rest of the DCD GL figures aren't in scale but Sinestro fits in fine.


I got my Color Of Fear 2 pack order in. With wave 11 hitting this month and this 2 pack coming, my Lantern shelf is going to fill up rather quickly.

Put my order of CoF 2 pack, too. But I completely forgot about the He-man. Nuts! I was gonna get him and skeletor for the time they release BattleCat. Ah well, I didn't want to get into another collection anyway. Does anybody display them in battle scenes for display?

on my lunch break i picked up black suit batman, joker, power girl, beast boy and man-bat.

here are a few of the joker...imo one of the best dc classics figures ever. i really dig that he is basically the old-school super powers figure.

Well, looks like the whole 'let's swap Sinestro's head onto Romat's body' may not be as simple as I thought. I'm hearing that the hands on Sinestro are too small for the larger body, as I feared. Lame.

Come on Mattel, give us a taller Sinestro already!

Hopefully that will happen with the Deadman body. Romat seems to be on the hero buck, which looks a little large to me for Sinestro.

Whoa, I never noticed how small Sinestro was compared to the others. It looks like it's the only one that has that size of figure, too. Now, that I've looked at it. If I were to make a new Sinestro I would use the new Dc Direct Sinestro hands and head and put on RT's body.

The only Wave 10 figs I've been running into in my local Wal-Marts are Batman and Powergirl (3 WMs so far and they have multiples of those two). One of the stock managers told me that those 2 must be the left overs that are being sent to my local WMs now. I really hope I can get hold of the other figs. I need Joker, Beastboy, Manbat, and Robotman. Imperiex is non-essential to me.
