I would buy 1/6 also. About the only figures I have left in 1/6 are The Dead line and I would get them to go with those.

the great thing about this is that Sideshow wouldn't ask the prices that another company like Hot Toys would. This makes me really really happy if it is true.

The latest fig SS has announced is $190. The latest fig HT has announced is $205. Those are pretty much the same price.

Once you get past about $150, all the prices are pretty much the same. In my book, there are two prices, "reasonable" and "pretty ****ing expensive"

Information on what accessories to expect with series 4

Andrea comes with a leg holster, hand gun (black beretta), and sniper rifle. The Governor comes with hip holster, hand gun (beretta model .92SB nickel plated), hunting knife, wrist watch, necklace with keys. Carl Grimes comes with removable Sheriff's hat, hunting knife, prison keys, and medical bag. Riot Gear Zombie has removable riot gear baton, ridot gear helmet flips up to expose face! Riot Gear Gas Mask Zombie comes with a riot gear shield, removable gas mask to expose skinless face.

Dixons 2-pack
The Dixon Brothers re-united in this action figure 2-pack! Merle and Daryl Dixon both stand at 5-inches tall and feature over 20 points of articulation. Merle Dixon is shown with his prosthetic arm and bayonet attachment along with his assault rifle and hand gun. Daryl comes with pocket knife, crossbow, squirrels, axe, and pick axe.

I wouldn't be selling those Daryls yet until pics show they're color or black and white. Nothing would suck worse than thinking you made a ton off of a Daryl figure only to end up with no Daryl figure

Well they did have a color and BB&W Michonne and Rick. I honestly feel like selling my Daryl and other random stuff, and then just buy the Iminime Daryl set.

Yeah but the color Ricks and Michonnes were single packed exclusives. Only the 2 pack was black and white. In fact Multipacks have ONLY come in Black and White so far, so that even further increases the likelihood of them being non-color versions.

I doubt we have to wait much longer for a Vest/Poncho Daryl anyway. He and Rick will get countless variants by the end of the line.

SOOOO late to the party.
I knew McF was doing Walking Dead TV figures but after seeing the smaller scale and disappointing sculpts/paint for series 1 & 2, I wasn't interested in them despite loving the TV series.
That was until I saw Merle last night at TRU!
WOW! What an amazing sculpt. Amazing likeness of the actor. However, due to a $15.99 pricetag, I left the figure on the pegs last night. Fast forward to this morning and, thanks to this thread, finding out that GameStop carries the figures for $3 less, I'm going to buy a Merle tonight after work from a GS only 5 mins away from where I live!

I was not collecting these either, but I just found pet 1 & 2 and Michonne.
Looked so good, I had to pick them up... But they are pricey. I'll have to check GameStop.

I've been very hard on McFarlane's Walking Dead series of action figures, and with good reason. But it looks like they've listened to the many fans and collectors who have voiced their displeasure, and with the release of series 3, made some real improvements.
