I don't think even hacky Kojima will make him immortal or a cyborg. If it doesn't touch on Snake's life at all it would make me happy.

I just can't believe this is 9 years after MGS4. As much as we despise a MGS4 sequel and this isn't canon... it still exists and cannot be ignored... Raiden must be in his 40's at this point.

I wonder if we will see Old Otacon "Internet porn... has changed..."

Metal Gear has always been western influenced, the difference would be whos making it. Despite MGS4s faults it was an amazing game, how bad would it be if the west took the franchise over . On the other hand maybe the cutscenes would be better(edited), if Naughty Dog helped out

You can hear Dreben(maybe just his VA) in the last trailer, judging from that outline Sunny still looks like a kid to me... but then again so did Paz

I too hope there is no mention of Snakes future after 4 in Rising at all!

Going from Survival Horror to complete action, and going from Stealth to just shooter up action... yeah they both didn't change at all your exactly right...

So a western studio going japanese games will be 100% the same? You might want a Cat-scan.

I said time changes gaming. What worked RE1 wouldn't work in a current RE game. MGS currently suffers form so much story that the game play gets over shadowed.

The first one was decent. AS in hey there doing they're own take on RE1. then they set it up so that she had to escape from raccoon city which would have been cool. but instead they went with alice being the god like character. that's when it went down hill.

I'm excited about this game than MGS Ground Zeroes.

From what I see, Platinum is just reusing the same, old designs from MGS 4 and giving them a "Platinum" facelift. The Screaming Mantis look-alike looks very reminiscent of something from Bayonetta.

You know what? i like it. The designs are crazy cause this is a crazy game.

I hated the B&Bs because they were not suited to MetalGear at-all. But this game being Platinum you know its ball to the walls crazy, also its on that future ****!

I thought it looked terrible. I mean, what is it? Like, Onimusha meets ninja gaiden meets metal gear meets devil may cry meets what?

It just looks stupid. Raiden in MGS4 didnt seem to be like Raiden in Revengeance.

I dont know, i just think it looks really stupid. I dont know whats happening to games. Be it the This, DMC, Resi.... they all seem such a ridiculous far cry to its predecessors. I loved MGS4 but I still felt really disapointed with it.

I just dont get gaming anymore probably. Stuffs just so wild, futuristic, different and well most of the franchises are just former shadows of what it used to be, eurgh. Im getting old.
