Man this game is intense! I think I'm on the second chapter so far and the game is pretty sick. Playing as Grey Fox and seeing that cyborg in action is everything I thought it would be. The combat is intense and yes the music fits perfectly with the game. Hypes me up every time! I prefer not to look up spoilers and such online. I prefer to do at least one full playthrough and try to find as much as I can first. I have found a few of the VR missions but can anyone tell me about these locked cache that I keep finding throughout the levels. I have found about two or three already but they dont open just by hitting them. I figure their upgrades or im missing a tool I wont get till after one play through to open them. Has anyone else had any success without providing any spoilers?

Konami has a replacement policy for 30 days after purchase on the lamp instructions. Apparently it being broken is common since I seen multiple people have the same issue.

Zavvi aren't known for their reliability nor their customer service. Last year when they were shipping the MGS HD Collection Limited Editions, there were multiple reports of late receipts and poor packaging leading to damaged goods.

I ordered my MGR LE from them last month and haven't received any news yet. If and when it does get shipped out, I'm more expecting it to arrive next Monday-Tuesday as opposed to the UK release date of Friday. Any sooner and I'll be presently surpised.

Been seeing a few videos on Youtube with European gamers with the White Raiden Limited Edition, looks promising!

Absolutely and nothing, just the LED works.

I played the game the last few hours. It's too much of a button masher and the story is pretty forgettable, but I don't regret it much.

I think its a solid game with a great story to set up for future sub titles in the MGS series. My only gripe as far as gameplay goes is that it seems you have to completely stop in order to access the menu to change secondary weapons which is a pain in the *** for such quick action pace game. But if I had to pick between Ninja Gaiden and this I would go with this title and wait as long as this game took for a second if necessary.

Monsoon, what a pain in the *** fight that was... I think the whole Jack the Ripper scene was pretty ****** chill inducing

I don't know why people like the story... it's so incoherent and has no continuity at all with MGS4's ending. I enjoy the game but I wish it never left Koji Pro's hands, and then maybe it wouldn't be such a button masher with a flat story.

You have to play MGS1-3.

MGS4 has a lazy dumb plot.

MGS1 is the top of the food chain in terms of the series.
