About time! I guess ThreeA was reading our conversation yesterday... lol. Nice that they're finally getting info out! I hope that my retail version of REX ships in October as scheduled by Sideshow

I wouldn't be surprised. It is just like ThreeA to make sure they get the money on the followups before people even know if the first one is good.

You misread that, it was just a theory that they would go and do something idiotic like that. Relax, RAY isn't going up for PO... yet.
my bad. i know POs went up when rex was just grey. i got anxiety and didnt even realize it was a joke.
+1 to that. The only solace I had was the pre order exclusive sucked so I would wait for an American retailer haha.
UPDATE: Metal Gear RAY has been canceled due to production problems at one of our main facilities. Refunds can not, and will under no circumstance be issued for those who have already paid. Your money is ours - many thanks! However, stay tuned to the VOX newsletter another exclusive Metal Gear Solid figure!

Just one more thing for the haters to hate - I think it's almost hilarious the people who all paid up front won't get theirs until after some random guy who walks in off the street of his local comic/collectibles store, see the figure, and buys it...

Not really. The Bambaland exclusive version is still coming to those who ordered it. ThreeA is just taking more time with that edition because of all of the extras that they have to include. I guess they could have made it "fair", and stored the retail versions in a warehouse until the Bambaland exclusives were prepared - and then ship everything out at the same time. But, depending on how many REXs were produced (and I'm guessing that it was A LOT), they'd want to streamline their orders into batches, to make the shipping process more manageable.
