Looks like a VR tour of the first 3 games, judging by the trailer. David Hayter also signed up to voice Snake. I don't think it's even a game, seem just like them VR demos where you can walk and look at stuff.

They still can, since they're using assets, or rather recreation of the game's environments and art. It's from the same folks that made that Shadow Moses remake, so cease and desist order in 3, 2, 1...

Eh I dunno. Is it being released to the public? It's not a game really, so I don't know why they'd feel threatened.

C&Ds are soooo common these days, wouldn't be surprised if Konami pulled the plug. Haven't they been doing that a lot lately?

They did it with the Metal Gear 1 fan remake, that Hayter actually did the voice acting in.

Yea, their original idea of the "remake" got shut down. So they are using the assets to make a "museum".

That certainly wasn't his MGS1 voice, but it was much better than his PW voice, I think the radio effect really helps it.
