It was cool living it, because I was a dumb kid and obviously the EXTREME 90's totally were aimed at me, but in retrospective, man weren't those stories dumb

That's the only Superman fight, I've ever enjoyed though; probably because Superman isn't even fighting—just letting Bruce vent. My favorite Superman story was "Peace on Earth," but I was told it doesn't hold up.

I love Snyder's run so far and he makes a great team with Capullo, very cinematic stuff, I loved Court of Owls, and I didn't mind the ending either, besides, there's still the possibility that the main Talon was lying...And Gasper, have you read the Scott Snyder comics from New 52? I loved the twist he made in Court of Owls

I love them, new 52 run hasn't been great, but right now I'm sooo hooked with TTGO@Gaspar The last Superman related media I indulged in one Superman the Movie, 90s comics, and episodes of the Justice League cartoon, so that's what I was thinking of when I made my comment. The portrayals of Superman that I really liked, apparently "aren't the real Superman." Plus, after Man of Steel came out, I kind of got sick of all the whiners. So I will "take back what I said," and say he's a great philosophical character. I just have to go back to the goods when I get a chance! I read Dark Knight Returns yearly, and love Superman each time I read that, but apparently that's one ones where I'm supposed to hate him!
This is my comic book collection right now. I've going to downsize it more though, along with collectibles. I'm going to wait for Christmas though, because I think that would be a good time to give stuff away.
