Man that Konami ID site is a real pain in the ass!

I managed to sign up last night and create an account, however I have not recieved a confirmation email yet, and it says if I dont accept the TOS in that email by 72hrs, my acount will be shut.

I checked my settings again and email address is correct and spam/filter is ok also.

Today I try to login into the site, but it is acting all wierd like it takes forever to load, then if I manage to sign in, it says I signed in successfully, but when I go to another section which loads another page, I get a message saying I was logged out due to inactivity, or I will just get a "page unavailable" screen or i get a screen saying "service not available"...

Think the site is getting hit hard by all ppl registering now?

You take pride in your loyalties? I'd understand MGS, but to Sony? Not that I have a problem with Sony. It's more of an issue with lapping at the heels of companies that could care less about you. They already have you eating out of their hands. I guess you could take pride in that.

I'll stay inside the neutral camp if you don't mind. I guess owning all three current gen consoles allow for that.

But yeah I'll admit, the PS3 does have a great line-up of games this year and the other consoles are going to have trouble keeping up.

I know they dont care about me and they have my money, thats all they care about but I have have being with them since the PS1 and I have never had a problem so there is no reason for me not to keep buying there products.
Also MGS is only on it hehehehe.
I have respect to all game consoles, I am a gamer, I have all the consoles expept 360 because I have a 3K computer. MR gates gets my money like that so there is no point of me buying a second microsoft system to play games when in the future computer gets all the 360 games and I can run them all perfect.

PLAYSTATION has more exclusive stuff.

I think the other guy was saying he's not gonna buy MGS4 because he couldn't get access to sign up and play the beta for MGO.

I am not thrilled by the game. The beta was a chance to make me believe it was worth buying it. If I can get my hands on a rental copy and I like it I will buy it but I am not running out to buy games I am unsure about anymore. I have to many games sitting that never get used.

Plus with it being on the PS3 makes me have to really want to play it before I buy it. I hate the controllers they need a overhaul. There were fine when they didnt have the sticks on it. Now that most all the games require you to use the sticks they just have a poor layout. They have your thumbs in a very odd position to make use of them. They should have redesigned the controller instead of keeping the same basic design thats over ten years old and was designed when games were played in a different manner.

Speaking of standees, I haven't seen one anywhere around my area yet, only the Snake statue I posted the pics of earlier. I'm still looking. I hope your friend in Japan comes through for you, otherwise maybe you could find one on Yahoo Japan, which is the equivalent of ebay over here. Anyway, good luck!
