Dude there site is retarded. Every single email address says its been used before. Then I do a look up of ID and the email addresses are not registered.

Now I just got an email that I don't qualify for the beta. Guess they don't want me to buy this game. I was on the fence and if I liked the demo. I still doubt I would buy this game without trying it first.

If you signed up for the beta fairly recently, you'll be out of luck for sure. Apparlently, they only gave away 1,000, and those went fairly fast.

Are you talking about not buying MGS4 or MGO, cause they are gonna be 2 completely different games?!

I am talking about buying neither. I am on the fence which mean unless I can play it first I am not buying it.
 
OK, didn't know MGO was free with MGS4. Thought you had to buy it separately. No big deal for me, I'd get it. Hell, I can't play the beta cause I'm waiting to get a MGS4 PS3, but MGS4 is gonna be like the other games, but even better, so it's a buy for sure.

Hell, it's not like you can play a beta for every game that comes out, so I guess I don't understand, especially if MGO is free with it. You can't play a beta of MGS4, so I am even more confused. They may have some similar playing characteristics, but will be miles apart overall.

That's the point. One is a multiplayer online experience, the other is a traditional MGS game. It's like the MGO is a bonus attached on, duh.

There's A LOT coming out this year that has potential to be. Regardless 2008 is THE year to be a gamer and a PS3 owner. The line up of the PS3 puts the 360 and Wii's line up to shame. And no I'm not crazy, it's the truth. I'm so proud to be a SONY and MGS fan.:cool:

You take pride in your loyalties? I'd understand MGS, but to Sony? Not that I have a problem with Sony. It's more of an issue with lapping at the heels of companies that could care less about you. They already have you eating out of their hands. I guess you could take pride in that.

I'll stay inside the neutral camp if you don't mind. I guess owning all three current gen consoles allow for that.

But yeah I'll admit, the PS3 does have a great line-up of games this year and the other consoles are going to have trouble keeping up.
