Kojima has been tweeting himself importing songs into ground zeroes. You can listen to it of Snakes Walkman as well as the chopper.
I've been waiting for this feature since Snake had an ipod in MGS4!

I really hope this is in the pS4 version, and Sony patch mp3 playability into the PS4 by release!!!
