Supposedly TPP is going to have so many missions we might not finish it

I’m sure some missions will bring in some light hearted strange Kojima humor, look at the Deja Vu mission or the rescue Kojima mission. Kojima also said that there will be more humor in TPP than there was in GZ.

Thats not hard to believe, there are a ton of PW extra ops that I never completed, and probably never will rescuing Kojima was something new and intresting..

I wonder we'll have something like that in TPP, maybe we can rescue Yoji too

I really don't mind that at all, the cutscenes feed you the only important information in GZ, if you want to know more, and us fans do, we go to the tapes, I listened to all of the tapes while playing and it was fantastic.

After all, if those tapes were cutscenes, they would consist in Big Boss and Kaz just talking, just like in MGS4, which caused many complaints at the time.

But, it gets boring just listening to tapes all the time . I wouldn't have minded a cutscene or two with talking, and getting a full look at Mother Base with updated graphics. It might have made for a good opening movie - sort of like the "clam before the storm".

Try listening to them while playing, it's really cool, unless you plan in setting off the alarms then you need to pause them to hear the radio transmissions.

Yeah, I would've also liked to see the mother base before it being destroyed, tbh, the whole thing strikes me as a ploy to cover some of the developing costs for the FOX engine.

Yea, you unlock after you beat the GZ mission. Deja Vu mission requires for XOF patches to be collected

Those patches, are they all scattered across the map? Regardless of the mission, or depending on the mission you can find different ones?
I mean, can I get them all in one mission?

Haven't found a single one yet but I haven't been looking.

You can find all them in the GZ mission, but some tapes are exclusive to certain missions.

And certain moments aswell , If I'm not wrong... I think there is a tape that you MUST get at the admin building before you go rescue Chico, I tried to get it again after I rescued Chico and it wasn't there, I think the same happens in a side op

It's true. And yeah, he says "Snake... that... was perfect." And sort of gives a smile. Easiest S rank mission imo

He remains in the helicopter after saving him until a mission is started, same as how Big Boss is wounded in the menu after GZ and you're classic Snake in the menu after Deja Vu.

I thought it was the 2nd easiest. The intel mission you can literally just stay on the back of the truck you start in, and it pretty much brings you right to the tape, then you can just get back in and the Soldier drives you right out the map

I think you get a trophy for it to.
