I seriously hope they make no version of Doom a strict Mezco exclusive. But from what I've seen, only their in-house stuff like Gomez and the such never make it anywhere else. Even their Gaslight Joker appeared on BBTS. I can see them doing Doom, and 2099 as the immediate variant, and then it's up in the air for God Emperor or Iron Doom. Stuff like Ultimate or Unthinkable Skin Armour are too out there.

Yeah, I saw it too; thanks for the heads-up though. Thing is, I decided that I'm passing on it. Between not being able to justify the money, knowing that I'll go downt he rabbit hole (first thing I'll want after getting him would be to go hunt down a Conan for 300€) and ultimately not liking the design too much (he looks like someone out of PotC: Steampunk Edition, not the classy Nemo I imagine) I'm skipping it. I just cannot spend ~200€ (after taxes and whatnot) when that's more or less a normal HT figure. I just can't. I get this, and then it's Figma Bloodbornes, hunting down that old Figma Samus, and trying to find ways to display them. No, I can't. I'll stick to my 1/6ths. I can't go spending like that willy-nilly.

Besides, I'll need money aside to get their Doom. I've got Tommy Shelby supposedly coming out this year, 4 pending POs and who knows what else will be announced. Prices are going up everywhere, and 200€ on a 6" figure is just too rich for my blood. I'll drop them for Doom, but that's it. Hey, maybe he'll become my travelling buddy, my sole action figure that I'll be carrying in its tin box if WW3 ever breaks out.

Yes. They are worse than hot toys. At least hot toys release figures of franchises people know about. With mezco we get garbage roach figures instead of the rest of the X men.

They've been really slow with putting anything licensed up for pre-order or release. I'm waiting for Morbius to come out, and like you Doom for PO. I don't care about Gomez - give me Marvel and DC!
