Anyone, even Bay, could only do justice to trash like Thundercats and He-Man. Those were jokes. Sure, I had the toys and loved them, but even then I couldn't stand to watch the cartoons. That jumper on Lion-O never has sat right with me.

Hate to admit this, but I think a Bay Joe film might actually be an improvement. Looking at the team in TF, he nailed the Joes perfectly.

The Filmation cartoons ruined He-Man....it turned him into a pink wearing Gaylord (alterego)

Not really, because they all wore the same uniforms in TF...GI Joe 80's are known for their personality and outfits
I think you're right! If there's one 80's cartoon that Bay could do better, it's G.I. Joe. Explosions, guns, hot babes and so much action that Bay might call it his masterpiece.
I'm sure he would've cast Megan Fox as Scarlett.

You see what I mean, though. BDUs aside, the way the team functioned together, had specific roles, etc., it would've been perfect for the Joes. When Khev first brought that up, he was right on the money. Instead, we got Rise of Crapola and Retardation.

I'm not going to lie, I think a bay GI Joe movie could kick ***. It's the one part of the TF films he doesn't make a mockery of and he likes to depict the military as the ultimate badasses, which is what the Joes are. I think it could be the one property Bay would know how to do right but he would probably mess up the Cobra real bad lol Still think Bay could do it.

I agree,I just would want to see the Joes looking like the colorful comic book characters that they are....I am not sure Bay would comply (see Lego transformer bionacles films and now hulk turtles

He loves his military; he has that potential and I think he could pull it off. Maybe.
