Got the trophie for branding all five War Chiefs. One of the story mission finished it off but it wasn't as hard as you'd think. Also a need little bit of foreshadowing to LOTR.

The second half of the game does seem to go fast.

I like that area, very cool.

It does go fast, but thats why I take my time. ..... you can chalk up a LOT of hours killing captains, getting intel, warchiefs etc

just dont feel that game for some reason.. if someone wants to have it for $50 shipped.. please PM ..its as good as new

The PS headphones are really nice and the price is great. They often have them on sale for half price. However, since I bought this game for the XBone I needed a headset for that system. I ended up buying a Tritton Kama for $29 which is pretty good for a cheap headset that plugs into the controller. It was a better and cheaper option than buying the generic XBone stereo headset. Only issue for me is the ear cups are small.

That's for sure. I'm not even sure how far I've progressed in the main story, but I've been enjoying running around completing many of the side quests. This game is no doubt my game of the year.

Oh I agree...I am 55% complete with about 35 hours game time. Lots of Uruks have died at my hands...love it when they run screaming for their lives.....I'm sick, I know

Yeah for the money, they were great. PS headphones get pretty good rep. Even though I am loving the Turtle Beach Stealth 400 headset, gonna exchange them for the Stealth 500 for $30 more...thats 7.1. version of the 400 series. Sound in this game is HUGE

That's for sure. I'm not even sure how far I've progressed in the main story, but I've been enjoying running around completing many of the side quests. This game is no doubt my game of the year.

Check either as you load your save or under upgrades...third option over is the progression screen.

Trying to kill the big creature - every time I do I don't get credit for the kill...usually 3 Uruks have joined the cause....argh

One thing that I just started getting a kick out of is detonating a fire that is surrounded by a bunch of unsuspecting orcs. I don't know why, but it makes me smile every time I do it.

update: finally got him tonight - the graug or whatnot.

Finally did a combo of arrows plus a lot of rolling. I could usually get 2 hits in then roll, 2 in and roll etc...did it in the Shores area. took 4 attempts but it was satisfying

I was having such a hard time getting the Berserker on fire execution kill. Every time I'd attack, I'd toss him into the fire whereupon he'd either die instantly, I'd execute a different enemy or my combo would reset. Then I got completely lucky. Came across 3 berserkers chilling by a fire so my plan was to spam the closest one with arrows to get my combo and then toss in one of the full health guys. Well turns out I didn't need to. As soon as I spammed 5 arrows into the first guy, he immediately stood up and ran directly into the fire and came out screaming on the other side. I had to move quick as I was still far away and wasn't anticapting this and quickly ran in for the kill.

I love how the AI in this game can surprise you and make you laugh.

I love the chain shadow strike.... makes it feel like your Azazel or Nightcrawler from X-Men

Nice! It's just a matter of finding one without help from any Orcs and I should get it.
