On the DCB page for the Batman DX it says "This is a pre-order item. The expected in-store date is: 5/26/2010."

How long would the delay through them be though? I am feeling the pain on the DX01 wait so badly and it barely just came out a week or so ago but it tortures me like an eternity. I am not sure I can bare this if the wait were more than a month after the HK release
also anyone has any feedback on these guys?

They are a subscription place so, I believe, the trick with them is to tell them that you want weekly shipments. That way it won't be held up to 3 weeks for the month to end.

Oh thanks, sorry I was in a restaurant secretly reading and typing whenever I could so then HK release being Jan/Feb they are 3-4 months behind so likely DCD shipment? I don;t think I can survive that

Just ordered mine through DCBS. Yep, it's a long wait but I'm saving 40+ bucks. In this case the wait doesn't bother me as much since I have the V1. I think the bigger drawback is that DCBS charges your creditcard next month (Nov) for the full amount of the order.

I believe that's Venakin Skywalker's modified Andy B. Bale head.

It is great, Andy's sculpt is the best of all the Bale heads I've ever seen done.
