There's an Hottoys ads on this week Milk saying the DX Batman is COMING SOON. Will hottoys surprise us and release it this week? with IM BD release at the end of the month (hope they wont delay it), this will be one hell of a X'mas for me

Dealers getting it direct from Hot Toys are being told it's coming late December/Early January to HK dealers, which means a few weeks on top of that for the distributors.

Me too, I just want him shipping to me though, I don't care to see the HK guys enjoying him ahead and I'm pretty sold, this thing will be as good as I already expect or better.

so are you breaking and going to order from one of the ebay dealers? OH I don't remember are the HK preorders getting anything special with this release? I know I really like the crushed helmet for IM BD and the PDA for JC FB bur I assume even if you buy from those dealers they wont include those items

No, I can be patient enough like with Joker, I don't want to eat the 10% fee from Toys2, plus I want to support them with business and the protection I have if something goes wrong.

yeah I am going with toys2 myself. Any other type of purchase I have to fear the tax man going after me and the shipping company charging me an arm and a leg for brokerage fees Besides you are right Eric has helped me already fix many problems on site so I don't have to go through HT RMA

What's the best option to buy this for someone in the UK in order to get it early as possible and at a good price? (I guess HK ebayer is likely answer but I thought i'd ask before pulling the trigger)

Depends on how much you're willing to spend. One option is Q from right here.
