On the eye thing, most of the pics from the film are in very low light and the figure photos are in very bright light... there's going to be differences in how things look. Lighting does a lot.

While we are at it batman don't even look like batman in those studio shots. The amount of light in those shots really offfsets the look of him vs in the movie but then it might be a different suit or even a different person all together

love the backpack pic - i still dislike the movie magic idea that the backpack IS the cape but whatever lol
i may display him capeless when i get him - something i never thort id say but when i stick him
on the shelf with medi and orginal costume bats, it will be a nice cape to none cape contrast
but the cape in the second picture...euch...custom cape requied!
i also realise my over use of the word cape - forgive me.....

The second pic makes me wonder, could there be a wire in the cape this time around, that'd be nice, hopefully one stronger than the thin wires in Joker's coat though.

You can tell that it is a Medi cape in those pics. Look at the point where it enters the armour.

Actually I can't tell because I don't know how the DX cape attaches and I'm not familiar with how the Medi cape attaches.

It is definitely the medicom cape in that pic because I have the medicom one and the DX one .

It isn't the Medi cape. The texture doesn't match. The Medi cape is a lot smoother looking like velvet. As Hot Toys has a honeycomb look to their materials. Looks like the cape that comes with the Bat-Pod?
Plus once you take the Medi cape off it cannot be reattached.

The eyes may be a tiny bit big but I think most of the difference between the interrogation pics and the figure is lighting.

Sure, the lighting is a huge factor in the pics that i supplied earlier, but still the PERS eyes are too big in my opinion.
Note that on the picture of Batman that You posted above, the eyes are very bright but still, they seem to bee situated very deep in the shadow of the cowl visor area, while the PERS eyes, though also situated deeper than the v1 are just too big for me. Also another thing is the way they made the pupils. Though no, high-res close ups of the face have been posted yet, from the pics we recieved so far it looks like the pupils have not only been mad just a litte, litte tad too big but also painted in this unrealistical one-color(propably black or dark brown) way that makes them look really cartoony to me.

But then again, as i said before, its not really a big gripe and it certainly wouldnt stop me from buiyng this Hot Toys marvel if I had the cash, especially since i believe it can me corrected with a simple mod.

The color on the Joker's PERS eyes isn't really noticable in photos, they often just look dark. They're very realistic eyes up close, but you need pretty strong lighting on them in a photo to show the color and dimension of them.
