Got mine from TOYS2 today, I'm in Ireland for those interested.
Well obviously the first thing I did was look for defects - sad but thats the reality of this figure apparently.
I don't know what batch this Toys2 shipment was but I'm not convinced that mine is totally free of problems yet I thought I'd read that any international figures should be fine.
Mine has a very very very mild case of wonky head (PERS). It takes a long forensic analysis to see it but I believe his left ear peeks higher than the other with the right ear sloping inwards very slightly more. Its so mild that I won't be bothering to look for a replacement for this alone. I'd be embarrassed to do so. I wouldn't have noticed it at all if I didn't know to look for it and for all I know the regular version had the same thing.
I don't see any paint-peeling fresh out of the box although the stomach armour looks like it could be drying out - theres a surface pattern to it that I don't see elsewhere. However this too is only visible upon specific examination.
I may have an oil issue, I'm not sure - is the mesh part of the suit supposed to be shiny? Mine is.
On to the good - its an excellent figure. Better than version 1 by some distance IMO. The proportions are clearly improved and whether its deliberate or not I actually like the more shiny look - could be oil that isn't supposed to be there or it could be that its just new and blacker. Dust is not kind to the black of these suits - makes them look grey. I really must get me a can of compressed air or something.

DAMN! that looks amazing! just turn the gauntlets so the pad is on the elbow, it looks a bit awkward the way it is. other than that...great shot!

It's really simple actually! You put the cape in the holes and It's works! It's the easier thing that I do on my figures ^^
