Gorgeous pics. Yes, the HT Cape IS more accurate if you look at the gliding scenes in TDK. It is larger and holds that shape. They may have had a number of different Capes in the Film, usually a Walking cape will be different than a flying Cape, but this is Batman after all, and I think I'd rather have the HT Cape length and cut.
Your photos have to be some of the best on here with creativity, cool lighting and concept!! Keep them coming I may draw another one of your photos! 
I have mixed feelings about lforigno's cape right now. I am not dising him, because I know a lot of people love his cape, and it is just a matter of personal taste.
The shape is dramatically different than the Hot Toys cape:
I don't know which is more accurate (and that has never been a priority for me). The lforigno definitely hangs more naturally but the HT cape is longer (the way I like to to drape it anyway...) Also the fact that the HT cape is thicker helps to build up Bat's shoulders and minimize the appearance of a giraffe neck.

WOW, what a huge difference in cape size, the bigger one is the way to go reagardless how thick, just too bad it has to be so thick though!
