Anyone ordering from gohastings, including this morning...
...I wouldn't count on getting anything. I was on the phone with their website's customer service yesterday, and then again this morning. Their website is screwy and they've been accepting orders despite not having inventory, including everything this morning.

I have no idea. I'd say wait and see - if your other figures isn't a DX Bats, it probably isn't going to fly off the shelves anyway.

Yeah I'm just worried about the shipping charge; I picked the more "expensive" option because it was actually cheaper when combined, but it'll end up costing me more if only one of them ships.

I'll agree their website is screwy but, like some others posted today, I too received a "Shipped" notice email from them today from an order placed last Sat. Let's just hope it indeed does arrive.
Anyway my point is it certainly is worth the effort especially for that price.

Alrighty. I cancelled my DX Batman a couple of months ago because of a cashflow glitch -- but now I'm back in the market. Where are the best places/prices to get one? I'd prefer the DC release because of the weirdness with the abs in the initial one.
I usually use BBTS, but, last I checked, they were sold out. Is there another shipment coming?

As far as I can tell Snakedoc, there are no more batches coming and this thing is selling out fast. There's practically nowhere to buy it anymore. Well, there's evilbay.

What sucks about this "late shipment" thing with some places like my LCS and Urban Collectors and then this thing with GoHastings is that those of us who had intentions of getting this figure from the get go are now forced to pay after market prices for this figure because we were screwed out of our order.
The price for this figure is sky rocketing fast. Now where I could've $150 for mine I now have to pay $200+ for one. This if really irritating.

I think people that received their Bats from BBTS were the DC Batch with the hard plastic abs

I got a couple of them and haven't seen any oil yet and it's been a couple weeks. They have a piece of plastic behind the abs and belt.
They also have a white and black number strip at the bottom I'm assuming indicating the newer fixed batches.

I'm just gonna pull the trigger on one. I've been on the fence, but seeing as I'm sure I will want one eventually, might as well get MSRP (since that gohastings price isn't gonna work) instead of paying more in a few months.
