Been looking around on the internet and this figure is sold out EVERYWHERE. I'm getting seriously mad. If they don't come through for me I'm definitely not buying from them ever again.

Diamond, who I believe is distributing these guys, screws over small comic shops sometimes from what I've heard. The guy I used to buy my comics from would always complain how Diamond didn't send him the things he had ordered for his customers when they were supposed to.

Thats the plate thats giving me bother on the trim. You just don't see it because it's clean. I'm trying a bit of spare clear plastic in below the sleeve to see.

At least it's not on the kevlar pattern.

I hear ya, it's getting a little hard to find. But it certainly isn't sold out everywhere. In fact, I found several stores instock just doing a quick google "shopping" search. There's even a couple options under $200. Here's some links if you're still looking...

So worry not, there are still options. Plus, BBTS got a second shipment (I bought one from the first shipment, which sold out, only to have their inventory refreshed a week or so later). So it's possible, another vendor will get a second shipment in soon as well.

Not always I don't think. I ordered a gigantic Nemesis Type 3 figure through Previews, which is the giant magazine that you can order various comics, figures and other stuff from and it never came. It wasn't the comic guys fault, but I never was able to get that figure.

Im still waiting on Urban Collector. They said end of June was when they were getting their re-stock. Well, here we are. What now? Does anyone know any specifics about them? I was told they were a pretty reputable place to buy from.

The last few pages on the oil leak thread are getting a bit scary, looks like some (and in time ALL?) DCD batchers are finding trace amounts of oil on the trim of the left bicep plate...

No DCD batches have reports of oil yet, only the people that got the replacement before the DCD release.

Look at those posts, some are from the DCD release that were purchases not replacements.

Really? I only saw this from collectors who have the replacement bodies. Mine is from the DCD batch and I have it nearly a month and there is still no oil at all.

Who has an oily DCD release body?? All I know are of vodoun and MaulFan who has a toys2 DX which came out before DCDirect released the figure. If I'm missing someone please tell me. Vodoun has a replacement along with me. So I must be missing someone who bought a DC Direct DX Batman.

I think this figure is sold out in most distributors and the price is slowly but certainly moving up. No way you're going to find $165 prices on this anymore- it looks around $200-220 already. Look at the prices on the DX Joker- easy to find originally at $145 I got two at that price from Amazon and now these are topping over $200 plus to get.
Seeing they are DX I always thought these were more limited in production than the other HT releases. Seeing how BD Iron Man is already getting scarce you have to jump on these preorders when you can!

Yeah I thought these were collectibles, as in limited run. So far Hot Toys has has three releases of the DX, so that means they are not as rare as say a OC Dark Knight, or even Enterbay Bruce Lee's.
