Yeah, just kinda feel that I may regret selling it, and there's no way I would buy it again at that price.

And I know what you mean about Sparrow. I thought I would just stick with my PF Sparrow but after seeing the pics, I'm gonna have to get that one also. Although I'm gonna monitor Enterbay first, I do like EB better cause it is SPOT ON, the problem is the expression. He just looks kinda evil. Plus it does have cloth Bandana which I was hoping HT would do. So if they do tweak it, I'll get EB, if not, definitely HT.

Love my DX. And I feel like I won some kind of lottery getting one with no oil.

No thoughts of selling it.

Its just that having OC bats, I kinda stopped paying attention to the DX. Also, it didnt help that I unintentionally have him almost the same pose as my OC bats so in some way, I'm kinda comparing them.

I have him posed facing straight dead on now, fists clenched...and as I said, the more I look at it now, the more I'm starting to love it.
Its funny cause I ended up not buying him til late last year I think, cause I really dont want multiples of same characters. I was trying to make my collection to limit itself to one definitive character as I dont really have a lot of space in my house.

But I gave in and got the DX so that's why I was tempted of selling it. Then now I thought about it, I'm definitely without a doubt getting the 89 Batman, and then I"m almost sure that the next Batman costume would probably be tweaked so I'll probably end up getting that too now. lol. I guess I'll just have to save one shelf just specifically for Batman

Who knows what the future reveals? You may regret selling V1 batman at that time. look at the V1 batman price now. LOL

Agreed, I was going to sell mine minus the bruce wayne head when I got the DX but decided against it. I got the Idea of using the Backpack from the DX on the V1 so I can get use it instead of it just sitting in the box.

I've noticed a stupid crazy price hike on eBay for this figure. I actually purchased one of these last week (box was beat up, but figure was MIB) for below MSRP and don't regret it.

Was this figure hard to find or something? Why are people actually willing to pony up $600 - $800 for a set these days?

Yeah, I lucked out. I was out of town on for work, and found one at a comic book shop for $160. After my checks of the contents, everything check out and I left for home carrying an additional 6 lbs. of luggage in the car.

Thanks! Given that I got this from a Canadian comic book store that doesn't import from overseas, I think I got one of those fancy DC Direct releases that escaped problem free.

Bought one from the boards, my fellow freak just shipped it out yesterday. Lets hope it reaches me safe and soon so that after one false start (which ended with a broken heart and lots of rotten greasy rubber) I can FINALLY be a member of this club...

Got mine last night.

The person I made the trade with is an employee of the LCS I deal with so he was able to get an employee discount on it.
He gets what he wants and I get what I want in return. Win-win.
If he didn't go for it, they were asking $190 for it, anyway. Would have bought this sucker straight-out.

Checked it out and it's flawless.

Well, that said, found out the hard way that getting the cape pegs into the slots on the shoulders is not the easiest thing to do.

Gorgeous piece, though.

After lurking SF for a Long time and seeing everyone's posts on this figure I finally got one myself!! After searching eBay with prices ranging from $400-600 I found a fellow freak who hooked me up witha none leaky DX02 for $350 shipped in mint condition!!! Can't say how pleased I with it.
