Just ordered Barney Rose from Toys2.
I had to have Sly in my collection.
Hope I get it by friday. Anyone knows if they ship it fast?
P.S. Also a good bonus is that I can use his sunglasses on my MJ beat it figure. It looks really good on him.

Hope HT realize how good this is selling they can now announce Rambo 4. I have a feeling alot of collectors ordered 2 because of the extra gear or to bash a Rambo 4. I was tempted to get 2 but have too much figures on PO, I'm actually glad all around is selling out to prevent me on getting 2.

I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with R4 and I hope they see that this sells well so they can just make the rest of the cast to this movie.

Yeah, would also love to get the rest of the cast.
I think this could definitely lead to more Stallone out of HT, providing there's no licensing issues. I think it might center more on his action roles though, as figures of those characters have more selling power than Rocky.

Unfortunately, if HT picked up the license, I wouldn't be surprised if they ran with the ____ty upcoming remake version of Dredd.
Maybe, though that's not the most popular movie in general, let alone Stallone films.
I think strong figure candidates would be:
-Rambo
-Marion Cobretti (Cobra)
-John Spartan (Demolition Man)
-Rocky Balboa
Long shots but possible if HT really wanted to keep making Stallones:
-Robert Rath (Assassins)
-Gabe Walker (Cliffhanger)
-Ray Quck (The Specialist)

Didn't know they were remaking Dredd. I don't really believe they would do a Stallone Dredd, just that I watched the it other night and thought it would be a cool figure to have. But any more Stallone figures will be cool.
So, for a few bucks, I took a gamble on some more accurrate jeans for Barney, I'll probably add some more weathering to them, but just the color difference and general look is better to me.

There are some jeans that came with a generic Prison Break set that would look even better than those. I don't remember the company that produced them but the set had a "leather" blazer, sweatshirt, jeans and boots.
That would be Saturday Toys Nam and those sets are rare and $$$ now.

Well for some reason, they got the whole casual Vilena costume fairly wrong, I've only seen one photo to match the colors they went with and all. Oh well, the pants really cost me nothing, it was a gamble, if they worked great, if not, I'm not so against what came with him that I'd spend eternity seeking better.

They look awesome to me here, maybe they are a little fuzzy or ball ups... but other than that I'm fine with them

I'd love a John Spartan - very similar to Barney Ross but that film is a favourite of mine. I'd probably buy Simon Phoenix too.
I'd be tempted to get John Spartan, but the only costume I really like for him is the one at the beginning of the movie, which would essentially be Barney Ross with a younger portrait.

They're not badly made jeans, they're just too light compared to what he wears in the movie, and his shirt is more olive drab than teal. They're not way off target, but for a few bucks or if you have parts lying around to make it more accurate, why not.
