Geez, people. It IS different. Just compare the details of the eyebrows, the S-curl, the wrinkles around the mouth...

Just saying that the face is not different but the photographer probably is.

if you're apologizing in accordance to my post, don't. It was for who I quoted

I do however now see that the curl is different, but I don't think the face has been tweaked. i actually don't like the curl so much now b/c you can see the the seam pretty badly now.

Eyes are farther apart. Mouth is wider. It's just totally different.

Hair is definitely re-sculpted, Face seems refined...

Eyes look PERs now. I wouldn't expect the other eyes would have that appearance with the head tilted down. Am I high? (Scratch that) Am I correct?

I'm very happy I have this on pre-order. I feel bad for all the Indy fans, but it's a good day for Superman.

The Hair is just lit from different angles.

taken in in totally different locations by different photographers.

How would the hair look the same if the photographer wasn't trying to re-create the original studio pictures?

Need clearer pics to really see if its changed, to me the only immidiate difference is the location of the curl, the eyes look more sinister but that could be the angle.

I truly don't believe that there is any photographer in the world that could make this:

It's not about lighting, shadows, angle. It's about face structure.



The wide shot proves that it's not just about angle:

And I strongly suspect PERS.




Man, I can't believe how much it looks like they shrunk down CR now.

All I know is the new pics make me want it more. Regardless of if it was tweaked or not

The S curl almost looks like a separate piece compared to earlier pics.

Sorry, I just don't see some kind of dramatic difference that others do.

Here's a shot I took. Its quite a bit darker than Dave's shot.
