Have we seen a profile or rear 3/4 shot of this figure yet? I just got HT Alice in-hand and while it's an excellent figure, it's got enough a55 for two figures. I'm wondering if they've also given Ms. Kyle a super-booty implant.

they went away from superbooty™ on black widow and hopefully on this as well. superbooty™ is hard to dress and makes the proportions look "off".

Offtopic: Does anyone know if the a55/belly rubber part is easily removable on the Alice body? I'll go search the Alice thread next of course to see if anyone has done such a mod.

Yes. I did that mod on my brothers Alice fig. It looks much better now proportion wise but the corset is made for the super booty. So you would have to do serious over hall on that to make it look right again. Mila Jobavich has a very slender waist and hips so the super booty does not look right at all.
Its not too hard to take off. You can actually detach the body/ torso from the waist/hips. Then its just a matter of freeing up the rubber piece from the plastic parts by peeling back the glue.

Something to look at later in the year when I have more time. I did find images of the torso being removed at the internal ball joint., also making it possible to substitute the lower body of a different figure.

Is this typical for Sideshow? This is my first preorder with them and so far I am not really impressed. This figure was supposed to be available in March, and has been delayed multiple times. I think it's more irritating this time as we do not find out until the last minute. Presumably they have known it wasn't ready to ship this week and would be delayed n additional month for more than a day or so before it was supposed to ship.
It would be one thing if they didn't require prepayments, but they are sitting on $ and not being terribly transparent about what is going on.
Here is hoping for next month....though at this point, I'm not going to get excited and count on it, yet again.

Barney Ross being released doesn't really bother me.
I see it as just another figure out of the way (so that HT can eventually get through their shameful backlog of figures that should really be out by now).

i wouldn't be surprised if sideshow is playing the waiting game the same as we are: in the dark without a so much as a matchstick. hot toys is apparently notoriously random about their releases.
